Built to Pro-Ject’s high standards, the E1.2 Phono is thoughtfully specced, with a CNC-machined composite fibre plinth, aluminium tonearm and Pick IT MM cartridge. For ease of use, this Bluetooth turntable has electronic speed control, making it easy to switch between 33rpm albums and 45rpm singles.
Connect wirelessly, via the Bluetooth 5.4 output and aptX HD support With its standard Bluetooth 5.4 output, the E1.2 BT opens up a whole new range of connection possibilities. Perfect for connecting to a Bluetooth speaker or a Bluetooth enabled hi-fi system, the wireless connection lets you place the turntable much further away from the system than would otherwise be possible. With support for aptX HD, you can stream higher quality signals than before, ensuring a more detailed and lifelike sound.
Built-in phonostage for flexible connectivity The E1.2 BT model also features a built-in phono pre-amp. This means you can wire the deck up to any hi-fi system or speaker with an ‘AUX’ input (RCA cable supplied but your system may require an RCA to 3.5mm cable). Alternatively, the E1.2 BT has separate phono outputs, so can still be wired into an amp’s phono input, just like the standard E1.2.

The E1.2 BT has a 730g aluminium platter with TPE damping for smooth and stable sound, without ‘ringing’ distortion. The CNC-machined plinth has no hollow spaces and provides excellent vibration resistance. Combined with the isolation feet, this gives the E1.2 a well-damped, low distortion sound.
Aluminium tonearm for precise tracking With an aluminium arm-tube and carbon-reinforced headshell, the tonearm is both light and rigid. The more rigid a tonearm, the more precisely it tracks, meaning you get to hear every nuance of detail from your records. For ease of use, all the tonearm settings are factory-set, making this Pro-Ject deck ready to play, straight from the box.
Pick it MM E cartridge supplied The E1.2 BT package includes a pre-fitted Pro-Ject Pick it MM E cartridge. This cartridge features a conical diamond for a warm and clear sound. The low mass design helps optimise tracking, while the ABS housing reduces vibrations, giving you the purest sound possible. Fully aligned and ready to play, no fitting or adjustment is required.
Electronic speed change Another feature that makes the E1.2 BT a great starter deck is the electronic speed control. Many decks in this class either have no speed control or a fiddly twin pulley system that means you manually have to move the belt from one pulley to another. With the E1.2 BT you get a simple switch that adjusts between 33 and 45 speeds at the click of a button.
