Award-winning predecessors
The Q Acoustics 2000-Series was one of the most widely praised speaker ranges, picking up numerous awards throughout its life. With revisions to every aspect of that fundamentally assured design, the 3000-Series is set to take the market by storm.
Revised drive units
At the heart of the 3020 are new drive units. Starting at the top, the new Ring Dome tweeter provides a more accurate response, for precise reproduction of even the most subtle aspects of music. The tweeter unit is decoupled from the rest of the cabinet, meaning that it isn't affected by vibration from the bass unit. The new Aramid fibre/paper woofer cone is light, rigid, and helps give the 3010s their punchy, agile sound quality.
More powerful bass
With a larger diameter bass cone and increased cabinet volume, the Q Acoustics 3020 offers a noticeably more powerful sound than its little brother, the 3010. Ideal for larger rooms and/or lovers of dance, rock and full orchestral music, the 3020 brings greater dynamic realism, enhancing the feeling of 'being there'. The improved efficiency also ensures these speakers are easier to drive, making them ideal for less powerful amplifiers.
Cabinet improvements
With revised cabinet bracing, the distinctive Q Acoustics cabinets have been made even better. With reduced cabinet resonance, the sound becomes less coloured and truer to how it sounded in the studio/concert venue. Uprated audiophile grade crossover components improve the transparency of sound still further.
New finishes
Still distinctively designed with signature rounded cabinets, the new 3000-Series is available in a wider range of finishes than ever. Choose between Matt Graphite, Black Leather Effect or Black Lacquer for a technical look to blend well with your other hi-fi components. Alternatively, White Lacquer looks great in modern interiors. Finally, the American Walnut vinyl finish is the ideal complement for both antique and traditional furniture.

Great sound for such a compact little speaker
I’ve got some Q Acoustics 3030i speakers, so when I decided it was time for an upgrade to the tv setup I went looking at the other models in the range and went for the 3020’s to fit into the smaller space.
Although they are small, they are mighty. I don’t have a sub in my setup as I care about my neighbours, but these have enough bass for my living room. I’ve got them paired with a Q acoustics 3090C centre speaker and a couple of Roth Oli 1’s for surround sound. It’s all driven by a Yamaha RX-V685 and it sounds great.
Recommended for both the sound and the price.

Powerful sounds from small speakers excellent!!!
Had purchased separates and needed speakers for a budget also I live in a Flat so noise volume is an issue though some of my neighbours could not care less but that's another story. I did think I should of had Cambridge speakers to go with my Cambridge separates but Richer Sounds do not sell them any how as I reviewed Cambridge speakers I found out they are not as good as they should be and was happy that these Q Acoustics 3020 were recommended. I was expecting to have bigger speakers but the Telesales recommended for a small medium size Flat and he was not wrong from Richer Sounds. I also checked various reviews though after the purchase of them and they were highly recommended for a small budget. I find the bass and treble excellent have not blasted out the speakers because of neighbours in the block of Flats but had loud enough to hear a clear crisp sound and hearing all instruments on the songs I played which were Rock Ballads. I wanted bigger and got small but fantastic sound quality instead. I would recommend though if you cannot get to the Richer Sounds store to phone up Telesales advisor instead as they give recommendations advice and helpful support which I received.

Remarkable sound per pound!
Purchased these online afternoon reading/watching lots of glowing reviews. Arrived promptly, they initially sounded promising if a little flat. After running them in for a while they sound much improved. Bass is ample for my listening space and more importantly taught and controlled, the treble is possibly a touch bright but nicely detailed, the midrange is absolutely stunning for the price, vocals in particular are wonderfully life like. They seem very well put together for the price and they look good on Soundstyle Z2 speaker stands.
Delighted with my purchase outstanding value for money.
I listen to R&B, jazz, rock and hip hop.

Amazing sound for very little money
I’m only a week into using these speakers but the difference between them and the vintage Technics I had before is startling. In my medium-sized room, the clarity and power of the Q Acoustics 3020s are stunning - it feels like I’ve upgraded my whole setup for less than £130. Amazing value.

Fantastic VIP price.
