92 inch Electric Projector Screen
Ordered direct from manufacturer, delivered within 5 working days.If you're planning to place a projector screen in an area that's difficult to access or just fancy some 'wow' factor, then the Sapphire SEWS200RWSF-A is well worth a look.
Smooth, powered action
With a smooth, casing-mounted motor, the screen roles up or down at the touch of a remote control. If you want to hide the screen it also comes with an IR extender, which you can fix to the ceiling to receive the remote signal, while for remote and automated triggering there's a 10m lead to connect it to your projector. An RS232 port allows further automation and control options.
Triple laminated screen
One of the joys of watching TV and films from a projector is the sheer scale of image. The SEWS200RWSF-A offers a big screen TV-beating 92" screen for life-like images. As you'd expect from Sapphire, the screen quality is also top notch. The triple laminated glassfibre surface is designed to lay flat with no curls extending into the viewing area. The screen fabric has a black backing, so you can place the screen in front of a window and no light will come though the projector screen fabric.
Offering a wealth of control options, the Sapphire SEWS200RWSF-A brings wow factor to your home cinema set up.

Rated 3 out of 5 by christakis from Decent screen but quality not as expected This is my second screen as the first one had a substantial "wave" on one side from new which did not go away after letting it hang for a few days (as recommended by RS). The wave was very apparent in panning scenes (Example panning mountains would appear wobbly). I put this down to a one off problem and got sent a new one but disappointingly the second screen also has it's problems. The second screen creaks when operating which the first didn't and also has a small crease on one side (you can hear and see both in the attached video). Fortunately the crease (and bending in it causes) is not that visible when projecting so decided to keep this one in fear that a third would have other issues. Not sure if I've just been unlucky or it's a wider quality issue. These issues aside, it's a decent screen which makes for quite an immersive experience at 2.7m away. The motorised function is certainly worth having over the "manual pull" version as it always stops at the same spot which is perfect if your projector's location is fixed. If you can avoid having a retractable screen (projecting on wall or fixed screen) I would highly recommend you do so but if like me you need a retractable screen to match your location then this is it. If you can afford the tab-tensioned version that should be better but personally I could not justify the price difference for my setup.

Rated 5 out of 5 by buyerone from Just brilliant Extremely good quality screen, easy to fix on the wall, solidly built. The instructions however and especially the pictures there are not very precise. First of all, to adjust the drop length, the picture states that the top screw needs to be rotated clockwise, when in fact you should rotate the bottom screw (the yellow one, not the green). Once you realise that, you see that you've broken their "Adjusted by professional" seal. Also to locate these two screws takes a bit of time as the picture makes you think you need to actually take out the plastic cover on the left. Secondly, I have received in a separate box a Power Synchro relay and an RF-IR adaptor which is used to automatically lower or retract the screen when the projector powers On/Off. You only need the Synchro Relay to retract and lower automatically. To set it up, don't use the instruction sheet that comes with the Relay in the little box. Use the main instruction booklet which comes in the screen box.

Rated 4 out of 5 by jray7 from Very good quality I had bought a cheaper tab tensioned screen before this elsewhere. However it was full of creases even when the tensioning was tightened. That went back and I decided to pay the extra for a better quality, more well known brand. The quality of the material is very good, nice and flat with no creases or edge curling. The motor is smooth and quiet. You can also adjust where the screen automatically stops. It's something I needed which you cannot seem to do with the cheaper electric screens. After ceiling mounting with the two brackets supplied the screen is then hung on these and tightened. You do get what you pay for and Richer Sounds were also able to match the best price on the web at the time. Unfortunately the box and casing were a little damaged in transit, but it's nothing noticeable now the screen is up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Phil77 from Happy purchase A bit of confusion when picking up the item from the Southgate store as the item wasn't addressed to me, but sorted in the end. As far as the screen is concerned it was easy to fit, faultless to operate ( I even worked out how to adjust the drop), and shows HD images as good as my Panasonic TV. Oh, and the guys bettered the cheapest on-line price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Reviewer3301 from Impressed Its been up for a month. I have no previous products to compare but it stays flat, no curling and the motor raises / lowers quickly and smoothly. I did not install it but seemed to be provided with well designed fittings. Not cheap though!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Stan007 from Very good projection screen I am so far very impressed with the quality of this screen. Fitting was simple -the supplied L-brackets are very well designed and make installation a breeze. The motor is very smooth and not too noisy. For a non-tab tensioned screen the surface is very flat with minimal curling. The only problem is that the drop is not easily adjustable. The screen drops a very long way, much to far for my setup, and the instruction book does not specify how to use the supplied hex adjuster to adjust the drop. I will try calling Sapphire to enquire about this. Overall, a very good unit thus far.
