MB Center B – premium quality centre speaker
The Scansonic MB Center-B is a compact centre speaker that’s built to perform to the highest standards. Exceptional cabinet rigidity and driver quality means super-low levels of distortion and remarkably lifelike vocals – making it the ideal centre speaker. Ideal for tighter spaces, the front vent also allows the speakers to be placed closer to a wall than usual.
Ribbon tweeter for a super-detailed top end
Featuring a high-end ribbon tweeter, the MBCenter-B captures the most subtle detail. With a top end response stretching right up to 40,000Hz, there’s less dynamic compression, which gives you smoother, more natural harmonics for a low distortion, lifelike sound.
Carbon-coned woofers for natural mid-range
With its super-rigid, carbon-coned woofers, the MB Center B delivers vanishingly low levels of distortion. The high-precision cones produce natural vocals and lifelike instruments, making this speaker amongst the most realistic-sounding in its class.
Premium cabinet design
The strong, tapered cabinet is reinforced with carbon inserts at both sides. This attention to detail ensures a remarkably ‘silent’ cabinet, letting you hear more of the music and dialogue and less colouration from the cabinet itself.
