Our long-serving team has as much expert advice to offer as there are bargains to be had in our city centre store. Whether you're interested in hi-fi, home cinema, TV, wireless multiroom music systems, a Smart home or simply want a bedside radio, we've got the lot. We've also got two Experience rooms - one for hi-fi and one for home cinema - so you can see what your choice could look and sound like in a home environment, before taking it home.

If you'd like a custom installation we can do that in our sleep; we can give you a free consultation for your home or workplace in person or by video call; we can organise a variety of quick and easy delivery options and our range of six-year guarantees will make sure you're well covered for the foreseeable future. Our VIPs can even book video and in-store appointments outside our usual opening times, so why not arrange an appointment at a time that suits you?

Parking Instructions

There is a loading bay just outside our front door which makes loading up any purchase a doddle. You can park here for 15 minutes for free if visiting the store. There are many metered parking spaces in the streets around the store, although most of our customers park in Bold Place, which is the road at the side of the store. The spaces are on the left-hand side as you look up the hill. Please note that the spaces on the right are for residents.

If for any reason you're thinking of making a major or complex purchase, are within a 10-mile radius, and find it difficult to visit, we will happily come to your home or place of work and carry out a free on-site survey. Give one of our team a call to discuss the best option for you.
