Ideal for smaller rooms and desktop systems, the TAGA Harmony HTA-25B is a hybrid amp that combines the benefits of valves and transistors for a smoothly-balanced and natural sound. Bluetooth and USB connectivity join the analogue inputs to make this amp versatile enough to suit all types of music sources. A headphone output lets you listen in private.
The natural sound of valves
Using four high quality valves in the pre-amp stage imbues the TAGA Harmony HTA-25B amplifier with smooth and fluid sound that only valves can fully recreate. For visual warmth to match the sound, the valves are in full view at the front of the amp.
Punchy sound
Complementing the pre-amp’s richly-balanced sound, the power amp section is driven by transistors, working in Class A/B configuration. Combined with the toroidal 120W transformer, this ensures ample bass and a tight, clean sound.
Wireless playback, with Bluetooth
Bluetooth connectivity makes this the perfect amp for pairing with your smartphone, tablet or computer and streaming from your favourite music and podcast services. You can also use Bluetooth for wirelessly connecting to the growing number of Bluetooth turntables.
USB input
Ideal for connecting a USB flash drive and streaming digital music files, there’s a handy USB-A interface on the front panel. Supporting APE, FLAC, MP3 and WAV files, it makes an ideal way to replay your digital music library.
Connect two other sources
As well as featuring Bluetooth and USB inputs, the HTA-25B also has twin analogue inputs. These two line level inputs add versatility, letting you connect a CD player and network streamer.

Detailed at the top end
Placing its tweeter right at the top of the speaker and fitting it within a curved baffle helps enhance the speakers’ sound staging. This means you get a bright, open sound that effortlessly unfurls between the speakers. The Titanium tweeter unit also provides pin-sharp detail while remaining smooth and easy on the ear – the ideal balance.
Punchy bass response
Featuring the same woofer as the award-winning F302i model, these standmount speakers deliver on bass. The woofer units are also carefully designed to balance clear, articulate mid-range with powerful bass. The multifibre cones are attached to the chassis by fluted rubber surrounds. These effectively damp unwanted resonances, making the speakers sound exceptionally smooth and life-like.
Choice of colour
Strikingly finished, the F301i speakers are available in a choice of walnut or black ash vinyls. A mesh grille protects the delicate tweeters while a removable fabric grille is deployed for the woofer unit.
