You don’t have to have an 800 Series speaker system to experience the DB1D, however. Thanks to its high standard of precision and neutrality, its works well with all premium quality speaker systems.
Redefines bass definition Using twin, back-to-back 12 inch woofers, the DB1D cancels out cabinet resonances, meaning that all the power is translated into room-shaking bass rather than cabinet distortion. Powered by a 2000 watt Class D Hypex amplifier, you’re never going to be left wanting for dynamic headroom. With the ability to reach right down to 10Hz, the DB1D can challenge a multiplex for heart-pounding bass.
