Customised DAC for Hi-Res sound quality
At the heart of the 80 PRE’s digital processing is a fully customised version of the ESS ES9039Q2M chipset and HyperStream IV Dual DAC technology. Cyrus analysed every component and has tuned the board layout to achieve the best possible performance. Combined with the use of superior quality components throughout, the result is incredible accuracy and precision that unpicks every element of sound.
BluOS streaming flexibility
With Bluesound technology on board, the Cyrus 80 PRE delivers a vast range of streaming potential. Connect up via wi-fi or Ethernet and use the award-winning BluOS app (available free for iOS and Android devices) to stream all your favourite streaming services, Internet radio and your own stored music – all from a single control point. If you’d prefer, you can even use Siri voice control. You can also go multiroom, with a wide range of compatible Roon or Bluesound-based products on the market to link to.
