Truly deep bass
Featuring a bespoke, 13” woofer unit, the SB3000 hits the lowest notes with ease - right down to 18Hz. With this degree of low-level extension, you won’t miss a note of any soundtrack – right down to the grumbling low notes of a submarine or the deepest tension of soundtracks such as Dunkirk. Using a mighty 800 watt amplifier and twin magnet drive system, the bass is also exceptionally well controlled, giving the SB3000 punchy dynamics that keep the sound upbeat.

Keeping the mighty power under tight control, the sophisticated DSP (Digital Signal Processor) includes an array of filters and other parameter controls for fine-tuning. It’s thanks to this that the sub never sounds overblown and boomy.
Smartphone app control
Available for Apple iOS and Android, the SVS control app gives armchair, precision control of your subwoofer. From the comfort of your listening position, you get access to all DSP functions including volume, EQ, low pass filter, phase, polarity, room gain, custom presets and system settings. Connecting via Bluetooth, full control is possible even when the subwoofer is out of sight.
Room friendly
Despite its mighty power output, the SB3000 is relatively room friendly. Without the need to worry about blocking a port outlet, the sealed cabinet is easy to position. Given the amount of bass on tap, the dimensions are modest, too.

Featuring a robust, MDF cabinet, the SB-3000 not only provides resonance-free, low distortion sound but is also built to last. The Black Ash finish provides a neutral setting to blend with most TVs and other speakers. A non-resonant, steel mesh grille is also supplied, keeping the woofer protected when needed.

A serious, proper sub.
I'm not an audiophile, I can't talk about any of the technical stuff, but holy hell this thing is *awesome*. I listen to everything from Eiffel 65 (Bam bam bam) to Rammstein (thunderously deep drumming).
This thing is a weapon, totally doesn't care what you throw at it. It's like a cross between a speaker and a massive sledgehammer. It reminds me of having two 15 inch subs in my old Ford Escort. It's that level of bass, only it sounds miles better.
It's kind of small too which means it fits under my corner desk; I barely know it's there.
Don't sit on the fence, just buy it, it's great.

SVS SB3000 Subwoofer is Grreatttt!
When on a Christmas visit to York looking for a sub-woofer, Richer Sounds provided an on-the-spot demo of the SVS SB3000 in the Home Cinema Demo Room. Great member of staff assisted exceptionally well. We listened to various styles of audio only and then movies, plus various acoustics tests that I requested. Sounded great so I ordered one.
At home, I connected it to my Denon AVCX3700H - 11.2 Receiver/Amp. bought 2 years ago from Richer Sounds.
My system comprises 2 Quested V3110 mid-field studio monitors at front L/R and 2 JBL 708p Master Reference Monitors at side L/R. Centre front is Q Acoustics Q3090Ci and 4 height speakers are Dali. That combo sounded great to me.
BUT!! - when the SVS SB3000 was added and the system was re-calibrated, the bass was still resounding, but the overall sound was up a large notch. Very happy with the results. The sub and Richer Sounds are highly recommended.

Bought alot of high end home cinema kit over the years always aduvsed well and after sales is amazing..only drawback is its an expensive hobby .and sneaking new boxes in is getting harder ..

I constantly find myself looking for a bigger sub because the huge sound this tiny sub produces. This is my fourth SVS sub and before that I had a pb 2k Pro but as much as I loved the sound it had way too much room gain. But the guys from Richer Sounds took care of that for me and swooped it for sb 3000 which is perfect for me. Seriously you can't go wrong with svs no matter how big your room is and don't even get me started on Richer Sounds this guys are another level,nothing else compares period. Shout out to Will and Tony you guys are rock stars,thank you. I came to them for a new av reciver I ended up buying an amp,new sub, oled tv and 4k player spending over five grand,that's how good they are, their motto "we want to be our customer for life" isn't just something you say they mean it and u will never shop elsewhere. Thank you

Amazing bass
SVS is renowned for their subs and well established brand when it comes to sound engineering, and sb3000 doesn't disappoint. 800watts ensures that you hear and feel all the low frequencies, one should while watching a movie or listening to music. Of course you could always go dual for a more impactful experience or go big with sb16 ultra but given how small they are you'd want to dual than go big. I would highly recommend them. They can also be tuned wirelessly with the svs app giving you more control over volume, low pass filter, room gain to better tweak it to your liking. Lastly richer sounds never disappoint with their first class customer service, the reason they are my go-to shop for av needs.
