Sound bar
This is a good product and has made a difference to my telly sound quality. Had a minor issue with sales staff as was told the item had been more expensive than it actually was, however, have since spoke with staff and they have offered a voucher to resolve the issue so all good here 👍

Sound quality OK for the money paid
Ordered and paid via a telephone call to the Brighton shop. Was delivered by courier three days later to home. Connected next day and all worked/sounded as required. Sound quality OK for the money paid, a little to much base for the play back of my own CD sound files, but with the individual control of the individual 'boombox' overcame this. No complaints, so far so good.

Great sound and connectivity
I bought this soundbar a few weeks ago to replace my 15 year old Sony wired home cinema system that meant speaker wires were everywhere. This Bluetooth soundbar with subwoofer works really well and connects faultlessly. It lacks the range of more expensive options but for less than £200 it performs very well and gives me everything I want and vastly improves the sound quality of my TV. It also sounds very good when I connect my phone and other bluetooth devices to play music through it. A bonus for me was discovering that I can control it more precisely from my phone through the Yamaha app. I’m really pleased with my purchase and couldn’t fault the service provided by Richer Sounds York.

A neat item that works well but there is no surrou
I purchased this to use with a LG tv, and it has a great sound but the lack of instructions (no user manual) made it more difficult to understand

Mostly good
Very capable soundbar - replaced my old Yamaha receiver and Kef speakers arrangement.
A little more volume capability and subwoofer power on/off control would have been welcome.
