Great sound
Bought these a month ago, great quality sound as you would expect from Denon. They look and feel premium, the only reason I took off one star is they are quite sensitive and when adjusting them in your ear it is quite easy to accidentally trigger the functions

If you like your music and don’t need extras
I was torn between these and the lower priced JBL and I must say I’m really pleased I stretched the extra £. For pure music pleasure these are as good as anything else I’ve tried, including Shure wired buds. They fit the ear nicely, no discomfort after an hours use, and the noise cancelling is excellent - particularly helpful when flying.
Packaging sets it off to a good start with great presentation, very simply to set up, and simple 1,2 or 3 touches on right for pause skip fwd skip back. Left bud tap cycles between 3 noise cancel modes. No extras like built in Alexa or companion app but if you want great music and virtually no background noise these are amazing.

Good sound, great service
I bought these for my wife after a plane journey without noise cancelling earphones. The sound is good and clear. Noise cancelling seems to work OK, but haven't really had the chance to test it fully. The buds are slightly bulky, and it took her a bit of time to fit properly in her ears. They were absolutely fine for me. Service and advice in shop from Jack was excellent. Knowledgeable and helpful as always!

Good sound, good value, a few "quirks"
For the price I paid, and with a bit of tweaking in my phone's settings, I'm impressed with the sound from these earbuds. Noise isolation is very good for an in-ear device. The buds and their case are solidly made with no loose bits or sharp seams.
I do have a couple of issues, though.
First is comfort - none of the supplied rubber buds fit exactly how I'd like in my ear canal. If you use them in bed, and lie on one side, the earpieces need carful adjustment ot avoid digging in. The second negative arises from this. The touch-sensitive controls on the earpieces are really, really sensitive to the point where the act of adjusting them in your ear can activate the pause button or track skip.
On the whole, though, I'm happy with my purchase.

From walking into the shop and been recommended this product for my needs by the staff, excellent sale offer for the best Bluetooth ear pods I have ever had,comfort,noise cancelling and brilliant audio this was so ridiculously easy thanks to the staff.

Love love love my Denon ear buds. Beautiful sounds, easy to set up, can’t stop using them they are great . Service at Maidstone ranch is brilliant as always. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for all my audio and tvs . You get well looked after any problems they sort them out for you. Richer sounds are the best..

Very affordable - great sound and noise-reduction
