Product Information
(Re)discover the joy of tuning into analogue FM radio, with the impeccably engineered FiiO RR13.
Tune in to FM radio
Continuing their quest to resurrect formats from the past, the FiiO RR13 is a portable FM radio that’s refined to perfection. Just like portable FM radios from the past, the RR13 is perfect for catching sports broadcasts, music or news – wherever you are. Engineered with FiiO’s obsessive precision, it’s a joy to use. Thanks to the latest tech, it also features a removable rechargeable battery and can even be used as a headphone amp.
Stereo sound with bass boost
Despite its handy size, the RR13 features true stereo speakers for spacious sound. The ultra-thin, five-magnet speaker system is paired with dual, independent amplifiers for crisp and clear audio. For a deeper and richer sound, there’s a 2-step switch which lets you boost the bass.
Precise, analogue tuning with luminous dial
Beautifully engineered for silky-smooth operation, the tuning system works with satisfying precision. Featuring a luminous dial, a soft glow emerges from the pointer when the light fades, making it easy to see precisely where you are on the scale – night or day.
Supplied with rechargeable and removable battery
For sustainable power, the RR13’s battery is removable. Swap out with an (extra cost option) spare and you need never worry about downtime while the battery charges. With the volume at the default level, the battery life with headphones is around 7 hours, or 4 hours when using the built-in speakers.
Also works as a handy headphone amp
Connect to your smartphone, tablet, laptop or other device via USB-C, and the RR13 can be used as a headphone amp. Ideal for using with wired headphones where your source doesn’t have a socket, the RR13 also delivers a handy boost over many built-in headphone amps, with the DDB analogue audio chip delivering richly balanced sound.
Sleep timer
Fall asleep to the calming sound of the radio with the dual sleep timer. Set to shutdown after 30 or 60 minutes and drift off without the battery being unnecessarily drained.
A joy to use
In a world of apps and digital connectivity, using the RR13 is a refreshingly analogue experience. The smooth-acting tuning wheel is just where you’d want it and works with effortless control. A similar metal wheel at the top of the player switches the radio on/off and controls the volume. Built with an aluminium alloy front panel and AG glass rear cover, the RR13 feels as good as it looks.
Tune into the joys of radio, with the FiiO RR13.
