Excellent picture shame about the rest
I had to return the TV this particular model has been fraught with problems extremely slow to respond and not capable of receiving updates online. Panasonic repair guy said i was the third that day he had tried to update manually. Bath Manager Tom kindly offered me a deal on two alternatives choose the LG and haven't looked back. Excellent customer service.

Great picture, flaky operating
I've had this tv for about a couple of months. I can't fault the OLED picture quality - but there's a 2 things that make this tv REALLY irritating. First, the Freeview tv guide crashes regularly and the only way to get it back is to Restart the TV. THAT is very inconvenient.
And 2, it seems to refresh the picture at random intervals. It's like it zooms out and then resets. I've checked for software updates and can't find any, so beware!! Sadly you only find out about these things when you've had the thing for a while I.e. it's not things you notice in a tv showroom.

I bought this TV as my past one broke on me and I could not be any happier with my choice. The picture and sound are both amazing and I cannot wait to watch Wimbledon on it in the summer!

Very efficient service.
I was given a good choice of TVs to physically look at. I was given clear advice on what each item could do, and the differences. The sale was quick and efficient. When the TV had a manufacturer's fault, the speed and efficiency of RS was unbeatable. And on top of all this, the basic price was very competitive. 10 out of 10!

Panasonic needs to improve its TVs
Purchased this TV 5 months ago to replace a 12 year old Panasonic plasma TV. That TV gave excellent service hence I chose Panasonic again. Sadly, this was a huge mistake. Although the picture and sound quality are fine when it works, the TV hss been plagued by intermittant problems since purchase. It is slow to start, slow to change between sat. and other modes, picture and sound don't sink, it will stick, etc. etc. The situation is not helped by a wholly inadequate set of operating instructions. So fed up with it I only watch it when I have the patience to deal with its quirks and foibles. Panasonic need to iron out these problems BEFORE putting a product on the market. Avoid.
