An integrated amp with the power to thrill
Featuring Primare’s UFPD 2 amplification, the Primare I35 Prisma packs a class-leading amount of power. Based around analogue Class D technology, the highly developed amplifier produces a mighty 150 watts per channel. With around twice the power of many rivals, you’re guaranteed wide-ranging speaker compatibility and room-filling sound.
Painstaking quality
Getting an amplifier to produce this amount of power, reliably and without sacrificing sound quality takes painstaking attention to detail. Primare’s engineers have worked tirelessly, using custom components to get just the right balance of sound. Punchy but never aggressive, the I35 Prisma is an amp you’ll never tire of listening to.
Fully connected – including balanced XLR inputs
To maximise the I35’s balanced design philosophy, the preamp offers XLR/Cannon balanced inputs. Use these to connect to your compatible source and enjoy lower levels of distortion and an even purer sound. Other connections include three RCA phono inputs and two outputs. For system control there’s a 12v trigger socket, RS232 and IR in/outputs.
DAC module fitted
The Primare I35 Prisma comes fitted with the DAC (Digital to Analogue Convertor) module. This exceptionally high quality DAC enables up to 32-bit/768kHz PCM and DSD 256 processing, for superb resolution. The module greatly enhances the connectivity, too, with no fewer than four optical and two coaxial inputs. There’s also a USB-B for your computer. A digital coaxial output lets you loop digital sound through the preamp and out to a recording or second source.
Prisma - network streamer
The I35 Prisma doesn’t stop at being a high quality, digital amp. Fitted with the SM35 streaming module, you get a comprehensive range of streaming music options. These include AirPlay 2, Bluetooth, Spotify Connect (Premium account required), and Chromecast.
Prisma – multi-room
As well as network streaming, the Prisma module also offers multi-room compatibility. Whether it’s stored music or streaming, wired or wireless, with the help of the dedicated Prisma system control app, you can play your music all around your home.
