Good product, unusual colour.
I bought this product to replace a Pure DAB radio in my kitchen. Works well, easy to setup with good sound quality. However, I do not like the colour which is described as Black coffee. This is a misnomer as there is absolutely nothing black about it. It doesn't match anything. I would advise potential buyers to check the colour out before purchase to ensure it's what they want. The online images did not give the right impression in my view.

Excellent radio - fantastic service!
I ordered this radio just two days ago and it turned up the very next day! The member of staff I spoke to at the Cardiff branch was extremely friendly and helpful, and the radio - well it's very good so far although I'm still trying to work out how to set up the alarm function. The internet radio function, which I eventually worked out how to set up, is amazing. Although it is possible to find a detailed manual online, I wish that the setup instructions provided out of the box were a bit more helpful for technophobic old codgers like me.

Lovely little radio for a kitchen corner
When my much-loved Evoke 1s 'died' last month, I checked out some reviews and settled on the Pure Evoke Spot. Now we really do have richer sounds, with the added facility of internet radio and streaming.
The display is excellent, setup was easy and there is more than sufficient volume. So far the sound has been excellent, with possibly a slight excess of bass (one current BBC newsreader has a deep voice that causes a barely audible 'echoic' boom).
This is neat unit in every way, out-pacing its predecessor at a modest price!
