Great value and excellent service.
I bought this to replace an earlier Samsung smart tv. I wanted a satellite tuner and access to the additional streamed channels in the 4000 range which Samsung delivers. The set is great and although I initially had a problem because the brand new remote didn’t work, the store staff replaced it and all was good. These TV’s are excellent and value for money and the support and warranty provided by Richer Sounds is superb.

Receently bought this Samsung Smart TV from Richersounds, so pleased with it, the picture is the best we have had.
They kindly allowed us in a little time before opening, as we were early! and we got very efficient service, they had the TV we wanted in stock to replace a very old one that had given up the ghost.
