Featuring a long-throw 8” woofer, combined with 8” passive bass radiator, the MiniVee X maximises the bass potential from its compact dimensions. Powered by a 350 watt Class D amplifier, there’s impressive power to effortlessly sustain continuously punchy and dynamic bass. Perfect for adding thunder to movie soundtracks and impact to full-bodied music, the MiniVee X delivers mighty bass without taking up too much space.
Room optimisation
Download the Velodyne Acoustics Auto EQ app (available for Apple and Android devices) and you’ll be able to fully optimise the subwoofer’s sound to suit your room. Used in combination with the supplied microphone, subwoofer calibration and room optimisation are just a few clicks away. Numerous other settings are also available to individually tailor the sound to your own preferences.
Input versatility
For connection versatility, the MiniVee X features a wide range of connections. Connect via high level speaker sockets or unbalanced stereo/LFE RCA inputs. Balanced stereo/LFE XLR connections are also on hand for studio-grade connectivity. Furthermore, RCA and XLR outputs make it easy to daisy chain subs.
Solid, anti-vibration cabinet, in high gloss finish
Constructed from thick MDF, with substantial internal bracing, the MiniVee X’s cabinet is easily up to coping with the stresses of delivering powerful bass, without cabinet distortion. Smooth corners and the high gloss finish help soften the visual bulk , while a removable grille makes for a more unobtrusive appearance. Available in black or white, it suits a wide range of room styles.
