The Austrian Audio cordless headphones arrived within
24 hours. I had them connected to my Samsung Oled tv in
minutes, light and comfortable to wear they also sound
great.
Well done Richer unbeatable for quality products sent reliably

Breathtaking
Congratulations Richer Sounds for sourcing these headphones. After reading reviews on your website, I was intrigued by this seeming little known company. Visiting the Leeds branch. I was not offered these to try but, on my request was provided with them. The first reactions are their comfort and the overwhelming sense of spaciousness of the sound. It is quite staggering. The phones are well presented , thought out and engineered. Obviously, assessment of sound must be subjective but these put my wired Momentums in the shade. I would certainly wholeheartedly recommend that any demonstrations should include these superb headphones.

Good value, great sound, poor ergonomics
These are exceptionally good listening for the price. These Bluetooth cans outperform my wired Sennheiser Momentum on-ears, particulary in revealing music detail. I didn't know Bluetooth earphones could sound this good. It'll be interesting to try them wired directly to the source. Controls are easy to use. Passive noise cancelling is very effective. I see no need for active noise cancellation, except perhaps in a very noisy environment, but I wouldn't feel inclined to listen for detail in music in a noisy area in any case. Their only let down is in the ergonomics. The ear pads cup my large ears well enough but they cannot rotate, so the band is fixed in one place on my very large head (both in circumference and height). Even on maximum extension the band still presses down on my head so much that I'm not comfortable with any more than an hour's listening. The sound is stunning, especially at this price point, and the headphones look good too, but the ergonomics don't match the performance

Great Sound and quality build
I was in bed of new Bluetooth headphones that also had a wired connection.
I spoke with Stephen at Richer Sounds Glasgow and after getting valuable information I took the plunge and bought Austrian headphones.
I received them the day after purchasing them, they headphones were well packed and came with everything that was staged in the box.
The headphones are really comfy on your head which lends to a very enjoyable experience, the sound is very good and loud enough, the style of the headphones are pleasing to the eyes, the only down side for me is that they did not come with a hard case to keep them in, but this does not take anything away from the quality of the headphones.I have always trusted Richer Sounds when purchasing audio or TV products as their knowledge is outstanding, I would fully recommend this product and Richer Sounds.

I purchased Austrian Hi-X25BT headphones in November 2023. I was able to try them before I purchased which excellent as I needed to make sure that they met my needs which were: -
Fitting snugly over my ears and to connect to my TV audio via cable.
The customer support in store connected the headphones to a TV so that I could try them. The staff at the Richer Sounds store (Nottingham) were very understanding and extremely helpful. The Hi-X25BT are fabulous. I am very satisfied with the headphones and the service from the store.

Great service and advice from Richersounds Norwich
I was buying some headphones after losing a pair of Bower and Wilkins PX7s. Really appreciated the patience of the staff as they took me through some new options. I settled on some Austrian Audio which I had not encountered before. Great Richersounds service.
