Replacing the PTFE insulation with high performance XLPE (Cross Linked Polyethylene) improves the performance of this already impressive cable. As used in their high-end Signature XL cable, XLPE outperformed PTFE in listening tests. Superior insulation reduces interference, giving a smoother, more natural sound with enhanced detail.

The OdysseyX lives happily in budget, mid-price and reference systems alike. Whatever system you use OdysseyX with, you can be sure that dynamics are carried well and that instruments have a 'weight' and reality to them. Excellent quality cable
I bought the OdysseyX as a bit of a treat but also to place my speakers in a different location. The plan was to make up some good looking and sounding speaker cables and this fitted the bill paired with Chord plugs. The system sounds hood and the cables look lovely dressed in coloured braid. Really satisfied with the product and speed of delivery.

Chord Odyssey X speaker cable
I purchased 34m of Chord Odyssey X speaker cable to run from my Cyrus set up.
The advice I received from Richard was invaluable with regards to final set up and how
to achieve maximum benefit. I cannot recommend Richer Sounds highly enough and would definitely advise prospective buyers to pop in and get alot of of free friendly advice.
Have been a long time time customer which will continue.
