Set-up and ready to go, the DP29F doesn’t require any complicated or fiddly set-up. The fitted cartridge is perfectly aligned, ensuring you hear plenty of detail from the record’s grooves. The belt-drive system naturally damps motor noise, giving you a quiet backdrop and smooth stability.
Easy to use, fully automatic design
For ease of use, the DP-29F is a fully automatic design. Simply select the size of the record and the tonearm starts at just the right place. It also features auto-return, so you don't need to worry about damaging the stylus at the end of the record.
Connects to any system with an RCA AUX input
The built-in phono stage means that you don't even need to use an amplifier or system with a dedicated turntable input - any system with an RCA AUX input will do (extra cost adaptor required for 3.5mm AUX input). If you do have an amp with a phonostage built-in, however, you can turn off the Denon’s, making it completely flexible with compatible amps.
Compact and stylish
At 360mm wide and taking up not much more space than an LP’s footprint, this Denon turntable fits where others don’t. The smart silver design stands out from the crowd but uses a matte finish for practicality.

DP-29F Joy.
The DP-29F Turntable was the second item purchased from Richer Sounds over the Easter weekend and it is a perfect match for the Denon D41 DAB that I'd already purchased. My Vinyl records sound really good even though most are over 40 years old. The RS staff were very helpful and I am a very happy chappy.

Basic, but good enough as a starter to get into vi
Basic turntable which I bought as part of a package with a Cambridge Amp and a pair of Wharfedale speakers for £300. The amp of bought alone was £249, this deck would be £119, and the speakers around £100. The deck is ok for now as this bundle was bought just to get back into playing the vinyl I have from the 70’s again.

Excellent entry level turntable.
After finally deciding to start playing my vinyl instead of just looking at it I went for an entry level turntable but with a well known name.
I made the right decision with the Denon. It is silent simple and delivers all I need from it.
Christened it with my 50th anniversary DSOTM album and loved every second.
One bad note was that it arrived in immaculate packaging yet the lid was cracked which could only have happened at the factory.
Customer service at Richer were quick to arrange a replacement for me though.
