Buy a Humax instead certainly buy it from Richer
This works perfectly well but I am used to a Humax box which is so much more intuitive and easier to operate. I bought this unit so I could record four programmes at once, but I have the wrong satellite dish and can only record the standard two programmes.
I took out an extended warranty and a month before it expired Richer Sounds replaced the unit, needless to say I took out a further six year warranty. I have only praise for Richer Sounds.

The humax freetsat 4k box is just brilliant, can record 3 programs whilst watching another, very quick response with the remote, has to be the best freesat box on the current market

Well set up for TV, on demand and Remote recording
Had this a week or two now. Very happy with it overall and the ability to set a recording remotely from my phone is a wow factor.
Only thing I couldn't get it to do, despite trying various reboots, was to get the Freesat remote to control my TV...not a boggy..will live with that as it might just be my Panasonic TV that isn't compatible. Love the pause live TV ability too.
Was delivered very quickly, within 7-10 days from the Richer Sounds website, despite it being out of stock which phoned the order through.

The jury hasn't returned yet
I have some quibbles about the user interface of this device. It's been 'modernised', which leaves it harder to read (on the screen). Its playing of Radio 3 is continually interrupted by momentary dropouts - 3 or 4 in less than two seconds, recently.
