Once you’ve paired the GO blu with your music source, you’re able to plug in just about any pair of wired headphones. There’s a choice of single ended, 3.5mm output for most regular headphones and 4.4mm, balanced output for more specialised designs. Combined with a high 5.6V output, this means the GO blu is punchy enough for even the most current hungry headphones on the market.
Supports a wide range of Bluetooth audio systems
Powered by the advanced Qualcomm QC5100 chipset, the GO blu supports a wide range of hi-res Bluetooth formats. These include aptX, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, aptX LL, LDAC, LHDC/HAW, AAC and SBC.
Dual-Mono circuit for superb staging
Featuring a dual-mono circuit design, the Go blu dedicates a separate channel to left and right signals. With each channel receiving a dedicated signal path, you get superior separation between the channels with reduced distortion and a more ‘holographic’ sound quality.

The handy USB-C port provides twin functions. Use it to recharge the built-in batteries once the 10-hour battery life has expired. It also inputs a digital signal at up to 24 bit/96kHz (from a compatible mobile device), making this ideal as a high quality, USB-connected DAC.

Great little device: perfect for Spotify on the go
Having been generally underwhelmed with the sound quality of today's wireless Bluetooth headphones I wanted use my wired headphones and earphones and have my phone free of any wires.
Typically, Bluetooth receivers on wireless headphones tends to be very close to one's head, which doesn't inspire to much confidence from the health perspective, if worn too often, so I wanted to avoid that as well.
iFi Audio go-Blu has a built in microphone and being very lightweight it is very good for commuting and taking calls.
Sound quality is surprisingly good for Bluetooth and the built in headphone amp seems to be able to drive all my wired headphones and earphones with no issues whatsoever.
It supports the best Bluetooth codecs, such as LDAC. The battery life seems great.
Go-blu can also be used as a dongle DAC by connecting it directly via USB C to a laptop or a tablet, which is a useful feature.
Richer Sounds staff were extremely helpful and they were also kind enough to match a better price I had found online.

Very nice little DAC
Easy Bluetooth connection with phone or laptop, great sound (powers my Shure SRH1540s without difficulty), very small and light (so small I'm leaving it attached to my headphones so I don't lose it!), battery lasts for hours. Promptly delivered, good service.

Just a quick one here to praise richer sounds.Purchased the IFI go blue yesterday afternoon at 3.30 pm tue 14/03/2023 and it arrived this morning 15/03/2023 at 10.20 am.what a service 👏👏👏👏 plug and play this device with ease and just enjoy the improved sound off my phone and other devices and so far after a couple of hours of listening I’m blown away.superb soundstage,I’ve tried my sure 1540 and my Bose quiet comfort and both are driven by this. Tiny headphone dac.

Great dual-option device
Enables wired hi-res from my iphone, but also makes my iems wireless if I prefer. Both options make great listening. The unit is a lot more comfortable with iems than my over-ears, but powers the latter fine too

Purchased this as I continually have USB C connection issues with my packet DACs, Helm bolt and IFI hipdac, this little unit sounds just as good when out and about with my wired headphones

Ifi Go Blu
I have used the IFI Go Blu for two weeks .
I’m completely impressed with it.
I did the software update and can now use it as a dongle dac from my phone and laptop.
I great warm sounding tiny dac/amp that is powerful.
I prefer this over the Luxury & Precision W2 and the Lotoo S2.
I don’t think there’s a better Bluetooth, Usb dac/around at the moment.

Sweet and simple, great for going out with
I have been using this for a couple weeks, it has really boosted the sound I can draw out of my IEMs. Bass really feels alive, especially when combined with the Xbass feature. The Bluetooth works better than expected.
My only issue is that it lacks a clip which is a baffling decision from iFi. Portable devices need this.

I now have 2 external Dacs both supplied by Richer Sounds
The first is the Astell and Kern Pee51 which is for cabled headphones
The Second is the Ifi Go Blu for Bluetooth.
The Astell & Kern is SUPERB value it plays up to DSF £109.00
The iFi go blue plays 24/96.
It's horses for courses! if sound is of utmost importance A&K
If bluetooth is important iFi
the A&K will play VERY demanding headphones
