Good advice leads to the right produce
I needed to replace a disc player of a certain age which was linked to the TV,also of a certain age, and to speakers and didn't want to go to the expense of a new system. Good advice led to the purchase of just the right product.

Exactly what I wanted.
I've been looking for a 4K player for a while now but couldn't find a model that met my needs i.e. just a player with no frills. I didn't need it to be 'smart' or have an optical output to link to a sound system. Compared to my 13 year old Sony Blu-ray player the upscaled image from ordinary Blu-rays is amazing and when I ran my first 4k movie (Dune) it was jaw-dropping. I can't compare this to other 4k players but compared to what I had before this is superb and I am very happy with it.

Tidy Video output, very cheap remote
This was the lowest cost 4K bluray player I could find with positive reviews and it lives upto its reputation.
Its relatively simple to setup and other than being a bit longer than I wanted (cables clash with my cabinet..) it works well, gives out a good picture and plays the movies I van in 4K well.
My only gripes are the remote, Its really cheap and nasty and the output when in standby, still manages to catch the Denon amp and sound system and I have to select another device every time I turn the system on.

Great Player very easy to use.
Thought it was time to invest in a blue ray player having had my Toshiba dvd player 20 years and it still works but tech moves on really impressed with this item and plays 4k quality on a 4k smart TV.
