Happy with sound, picture, performance & features.
I bought this to replace a failed 8 year old Panasonic Viera model. In the main more than happy with sound, picture, performance and features. Not lightning fast between presses of the remote but okay. Loss of picture in picture when viewing the guide disappointing but more smart stuff should please lightweight techies.
The big issue was the need boost aerial signal, and the cost, to get HD to operate on this model when it did with the 8 year old Panasonic model and both the other 8 year old Panasonics in the home. The aerial socket in the back of the TV was also very tight and caused some difficulty.

Good TV, but remote a little slow
Good tv, and really good value for money.
Only downside, was founding switching functions in tv (e.g. from Netflox to TV channels) was a little slow and remote can be quite temperamental.

Sleek looking TV with incredible picture qualit
I ought this TV to replace my old Panasonic TV. The last one I had for many, many years which is testament to the quality of their products. I liked the look of the TX-40MS490B as well as having all of the features that I could want from my TV. It is a really good quality product, stylish and I am very, very happy with it. 5 Stars from me.

Easy to set up and great picture quality to watch.
We bought this Panasonic 32inch tv on 27th February
and have very pleased with it so far. It was easy and
quick to set up and the picture quality and functions are
also very good.
I would also like to mention Richer Sounds who
always offer good service and a good product range.
The person we dealt with, Graham, was very helpful,
knowledgeable as are all.of the staff at the Gidea Park
branch.

I bought this a week ago to replace my 10 year old Panasonic tv. Sound is brilliant but really struggling to set up picture.Pre set options leve a washed out picture and user options are not good.Overall product is not as good as old Panasonic.Would not recommend.

Excellent TV but unhelpful installation guide
I have dealt with Hull Richer Sounds previously and received the same excellent service as before .
This time I ordered over the telephone and the TV arrived on my chosen delivery date.
I succeeded with connecting the tv to my internet but the Panasonic Guide book lacked detailed information
and took me longer than necessary. Once installed I am very pleased with the overall performance.
