Easy to use – Electronic speed control and built-in phono stage
Electronic speed control locks on to the precise speed required, giving perfect pitch. It’s also easy to change from 33 to 45; simply push a button, rather than having to change the belt from one pulley to another. The switchable, built-in phono stage makes it easy to connect the Attessa Turntable to any Hi-Fi or speaker system with an AUX input.
Isolated against vibrations for reduced distortion
Using isolation feet and chassis design inspired by Roksan’s flagship Xerxes model, the Attessa is well protected against surface vibrations. Controlling and dampening vibrations helps reduce distortion, letting you hear subtle detail in the music that might otherwise be missing.
Premium engineering for detailed sound quality
Designed, developed and assembled in the UK, the Attessa turntable offers premium build quality for its class. Featuring an isolated single plinth, high mass platter and electronically controlled motor, the turntable is built to make the most of your vinyl. Renowned for their high levels of resolution and true-to-life sound, Roksan turntables are amongst the best in the business.
Stylish design
With its compact footprint and crisp style, the Attessa looks good without intruding. Available in classic shades of matte black or white, it’s a timeless design that exudes quality.
Unipivot tonearm delivers accurate tracking
Featuring a composite construction and glass jewel pivot, the Unipivot tonearm introduces high-end design to its class. Unipivot tonearms offer lower levels of bearing friction, letting the tonearm track the record more freely. The result is tracking accuracy that reveals the full extent of the music buried in the record’s groove.
Ready to go - supplied with Dana MM cartridge
Supplied with the Roksan Dana cartridge, the Attessa Turntable is ready to, with no complex assembly required. The Dana cartridge perfectly matches the rest of the turntable’s sonic signature, with a highly resolved, vivid sound that digs out the detail from all your favourite tracks.

Exceeded all expectations
I've got to say I am really delighted with the Attessa turntable. Some reviews talked about setup being fiddly, but really and truly it wasn't - I think some people expect delicate, sensitive equipment just to work out of the box, and that's not always a reasonable expectation! Operation is flawless, and my vinyl has never sounded so good, so I am happy to have had to put in a little work. It's worth noting that the phono cable is quite short, but that's just for info. It just made me have to think a little harder about component placement. As with some other brands, Roksan have tested and tested for the optimum length, sonically speaking, and so that's how it is. I'll take sound quality over convenience any day.

Good sound with external PS but then you get hum.
Purchased about three weeks ago and has been given a good test. With a top class phono stage or even one costing about £300 the sound is impressive for the reduced price being offered. In inbuilt phono stage is, however, not very good. There is a problem with using an external phono stage, hum. Not unusual it often occurs if you don't earth the deck to the phono stage, usually easily fixed. Not here, this is the first record deck I have seen with no method of earthing. I have overcome the problem by running a copper wire jammed between the two phono terminals and the phono stage earth. Resolved but very messy and untidy. What was Roksan thinking? Why do they think phono stages have earth connectors on them?
Other gripe well reported in reviews of the deck is the lack of a clip to secure the arm. It is very easy to send the arm swinging across the turntable. Another not reported in reviews is the rather flimsy counterbalance, make sure to check the weight if you move the deck.

Unbelievable sound for the money
Really wanted a Rega planar 6 with Exact cartridge. Had it demo’s at a competitor and loved it but it was a big financial outlay. Also compared the Rega planar 3. Then as a bit of an afterthought listened to a Roksan Attessa turntable. Couldn’t believe how it sounded. If I was honest my ear couldn’t really see a difference between the planar 6 and the Roksan!
Still at nearly £1100 I was set on a Rega 6…..until later that same day had an email from Richer Sounds selling the Roksan Attessa at £599 !! It was a no brained ordered it straight away.
Unfortunately the first deck was faulty but that was immediately replaced by RS without problem.
It’s a little tricky to set up but once it’s done it’s fantastic. If you can grab a bargain you’ll be smiling every time you spin a vinyl.

Roksan Attessa Turntable
Need a turntable, bought this excellent value Roksan and loved it so much went to Bath Richer Sounds to buy the rest. Corbin, the sales assistant, was brilliant and we ended up buying the Attessa Streaming Amp, KEF LS50 Speakers and S2 Stand. They even price-matched - really impressed - great service. We’ll be back for the wireless Speakers!

Great Product.
I have had the Roksan Attessa Turntable for two weeks and the sound and build quality are excellent. I bought it over the phone and the purhase couldn't have been easier. I have used Richer Sounds for many years and have always recieved excellent customer service. The reason for the 4 star review is that less than a week after i purchased the product, Richersounds reduced the price by £100, which has left a slightly bitter taste.
