So much fun, and great quality image and sound.
We absolutely love our Samsung Freestyle projector, it’s been such a solid investment- we’ve loved hosting movie nights and the fact we can move it about the house for different uses is so handy. Really keen to invest in the battery now so we can take it camping in the summer. The picture quality and sound is great too.
Would definitely recommend.

totally amazing
This little Samsung Freestyle is fantastic, for such a small projector the quality is amazing, we use it in our living room on a white wall, the picture that is projected at just 7ft away is massive and so sharp, the colours are amazing and the sound is brilliant considering the size of the speaker, this is a brilliant product and fantastic value for money, as you can tell I'm very very pleased, can't wait for the summer when we can take this out side and have film nights in the garden.

Can’t go wrong for the money and guarantee
Daughter’s birthday present and it’s absolutely fantastic. She’s 7 and it really does bring the cinema to home. I’ve enjoyed this so much that at night, I bring it into my bedroom and livingroom (see pictures) to use when she is in bed. Considering buying another for my bedroom in all honesty for Christmas or maybe even going for a uhd38 for the brighter 4k aspect for day time viewing aswell. Only criticism would be the projector isn’t an intuitive a I’d like it can be a little slow on start up but it’s £499 with full smart capabilities and the inbuilt speaker is genuinely fine. I purchased online as I couldn’t get to my local store on this occasion but I highly recommend going into store if possible as I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience in any of the four stores I’ve visited.

Good price and warranty
Bought a Samsung projector. Product's fine, price OK. However.. No point to advertise the free case if the offer code doesn't work online. Also, took more than expected for the product to reach the store. And last, no information provided in the online or physical stores about buying the cable that's not included by Samsung. Missed upsell opportunity. To be fair I only bought for the 6y warranty or I'd have gone for Amazon as usual. I won't say anymore about this survey form with the small font and hard to use controls. You guys need to up the game or Amazon will eat you alive when the older generation that knows the brand goes "offline". My 2c!

Great product, sales person could listen more
I bought a projector, really pleased with it. My only criticism would be the sales person talked at us and didn’t listen, he also seamed to be shouting (think just a very loud voice). Anyway we got there in the end.

Why would you buy your electronics from anywhere ?
I originally purchased my sangsun projector from eBay as a refurbished model, but it constantly kept shutting down as if there was some kind of fault with the power motherboard. So after faffing about for awhile, I decided to send it back and go where I get the best service and the best guarantee so went to richer sounds and bought a new model at the good price of £499.95 and of course it gets to the standard six year guarantee.
The unit itself is just fantastic. I’m so pleased with it, very compact and the picture up to 100 inches is remarkable given the size of the unit. I managed to pair the unit with a Bluetooth Samsung sound bar I had and spent the evening watching 100 inch movie with the wife with popcorn and snacks. Absolutely brilliant as I now have a cinema at home.

Great portable! Convenient!
I had this for 9 months it was really doing well, it succeeds my expectations and have a great movie experience. But after 9months I started having problems with it. When I turn it on the screen is just gray, i can hear sounds from the background but no picture is displayed. I have tweaked every settings, I had turn it off and on-waited for 60 seconds-as what the trouble shooting manual says but it does not seem to work. Anyone else having a problem?
