Little marvels
I was originally intending to purchase the E11C version of these headphones but they were not in stock. The E10C headphones were recommended by the branch manager, Steve who was most helpful on this and some other enquiries I made at the Romford (Gidea Park) store. I have used the headphones and they are very good with a decent enough sound for such small pieces of equipment.

Great sound but poor connection.
Just bought this and immediately discovered that the connection between the cable and the aux-mount is a little faulty, and produces distortions when it's waggled about. Found a workaround by tying the end of the cable in knots around the aux-mount to shift the strain to a non-fragile part and it works fine now.

Precision engineered & fabulous sound
Like most people I have several sets of headphones - some over-the-ear which are great when you're sat at home, and some cordless buds for travelling on the train, but when I'm walking I much prefer wired earphones - and these are fantastic in a silvery grey. You can alter the volume & take calls too - but it's the sound quality that is the star here - just brilliantly clear sound. It makes you realise just how poor all the other ear-phones are that you've used over the years. They come with a variety of ends for ears of various sizes, plus a handy hard-case for storage. Great value & highly recommended.

Great sound quality
After a number of cheap (about £10) earphones sets that either stopped working after a very short period of time, gave me an electric shock in my ear (!) or the sound was crackling, I've decided to buy a more expensive set. The store was recommended to me as sound specialists, which sounded promising. I've decided to purchase this pair at £39. What a difference in sound to the previous sets I've had! I never realised how noisy the old earphones were! I don't need to turn up the volume as much, as the only sound that I hear is the actual sound of what (or whom) I'm listing to. The ear pieces are comfortable to wear, and the set comes with a stylish case.
A great purchase, definitely worth the money!

Great sound for the price
I bought these a few weeks ago and they are great. Nice crisp treble and good mid-range as well. A steal at the price. Very strongly recommended if like me you are always losing stuff around the house/office as you can have a couple of pairs at this price.

Product and retailer - never fail to impress.
Just arrived and still in the box. My second E10Cs, so I know they will be spot-on. The only downside is me having to buy them again as the first ones were NICKED on holiday - YES, there is an after-market for USED in-ear headphones...YUK!
Lightweight, hard to lose as they have WIRES attached (a brill invention 'bud'-lovers...but, OK, still doesn't stop them being pinched!) Fancy, twirly wires that don't tangle up - priceless. Great sound. Nice carry case. Optional-sized rubber surrounds for a perfect fit - though, sometimes I hope they would fall out just to demonstrate those cool wires that stop me losing them...again (keep looking under your seat 'buddies'. Sorry, gloating again.)
How? Popped into RS yesterday, as passing, not in stock (good kit is ever-popular) so ordered for delivery today. Flawless is the word.
Probably should open this pretty box...

Great Product and Buying Experience
Great experience purchasing online. I had a few questions about the product before purchasing, and received timely and helpful responses. The price was cheaper than buying direct from SoundMagic, and I didn't have to pay postage as I was able to have it delivered to my local store. Staff in store were also very friendly and helpful when I collected the item. A very positive experience all round.

SoundMAGIC EC10 headphones
I had been looking a replacement set of headphones (SENNHEISER CX 80S) and I thought I would just go with these. Found the best price at Richer Sounds and rang my local store to see if they had any, they were out of stock and lead times were very long. Speaking with the Manager he suggested the SoundMAGIC headphones - he uses them himself - I am so glad that I did - excellent sounds, much better bass, treble and overall detail - altogether FAR better than the headphones they were replacing!! Tip - take the time to fit the correct sized ear piece (there are plenty of sizes included with the headphones!!)
