The perfect projector for 4K HDR gaming
One of the best for input lag from a native 4K projector, the BenQ TK700STi gives you the gaming edge. With native 4K HDR resolution, you also get to see the most subtle detail – handy when there’s a baddie hiding in the gloom. A high brightness spec means that the projector doesn’t need a pitch-black room to work its wonders, either. Throw in the range of dedicated gaming modes and it soon becomes clear that the BenQ TK700STi is a gamer’s dream.
Input lag is the major curse for gamers. There’s little more frustrating to a gamer than when the vision just doesn’t respond fast enough to the controls. It can mean the difference between onscreen life or death, a lap record or second place or simply missing out on completing the level in time. With its class-leading 16ms response, the TK700STi is amongst the fastest responding 4K projectors in its class. Now there is no excuse for not beating your rival to the draw.
4K HDR resolution
Featuring 4K resolution, the TK700STi maximises the graphic content from the latest games. Unlike other projectors, the signal is native, not upsampled. This means you get to see the colours, texture and depth of the game – just as the game creator intended. HDR takes the picture to the next level, with crystal-clear detail – even within the darkest areas of the screen.
Unique game modes
The TK700STi comes with exclusive modes to make the most of your projector. Featuring FPS, RPG and Sports preset modes with audio, visual and latency settings for each game, it’s easy to tailor the projector to your ideal setting.
Designed for ambient lighting
Featuring super-high brightness at 3000 ANSI Lumens, the TK700STi is ideal for use in ‘normal’ living room light levels. This means you get vivid, dynamic colour, without having to draw curtains and blinds.
Short throw suits all rooms
This short throw projector suits all sizes of room. It’s possible to get a mighty 100” image with the projector just 1.99m from the wall. Even with a cinematic 200 inch screen, the projector needs just over 4 metres from the screen.
Supplied with Android TV dongle
With a Google-certified Android TV dongle supplied, enjoying a huge range of sports and other entertainment is easier than ever. Connect via wi-fi to your broadband hub and get direct access to Google Play, for near limitless entertainment. With over 5000 of the latest Android apps, movies, TV shows, live sports, news, games, music and more, the TK700STi is a constant source of entertainment.*

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lord_Of_Titans from With great power, comes great throw distance... I decided to upgrade the six year old Epson projector last week, and I'd heard of a semi short throw from BenQ that only needs 7ft to display 100 inches to a screen. My media room only has 9ft 4ins wall to wall, so this seemed ideal. The assistant manager, Marc was there to answer any questions I had (and I had quite a few!). I ended up talking to several other guys there about cinema, resolutions, hdmi cables and projectors, it was great to pick a few brains about something I'm passionate about. I got the unit home and set it up. It was smaller than I was expecting, compared to other projectors and the 3840 x 2160p image blew me away. Plugged into it I have my PS5, and certain games even play at 120fps which is amazing! The built in Android TV adds versatility meaning I can stream audio and video without having to use external devices. With 3200 lumens, it's very bright, even in mild daylight and with 16ms response times and game modes for image, sound and refresh rates means shooting games such as Borderlands 3 are as immersive as it gets. I couldn't have made my choices without the great guys at richer sounds, and I'm looking forward to upgrading my av receiver in the future with their guidance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AndyGreig from Really nice bit of kit Initially ordered the Optoma UHD35STx as a 4k upgrade to a BenQ W1210ST. I knew the Optoma had no optical zoom, but the manual indicated there was digital zoom, however that option (and several others) were missing from the setup menu on mine. As the projector is ceiling mounted, this was important to get the positioning on screen right. Fortunately RS customer service were their usual helpful selves and a swap to the TK700STi wasn't an issue. Whilst this is listed as a short throw projector, it's not as short throw as the w1210ST and I had to move the ceiling mount back by about 18". Image quality is stunning, even in 1080p mode. I did see some rainbow effect on the first film I watched (which was in 1080p), but not noticed it all all when gaming. Is is a bit noisy, but you don't notice it when there is game/film sound and there is also a bit of light leakage from side/top. Other things I learned: If using HDMI/ethernet extenders and upgrading, make sure your extenders are 4k compatible. Mine weren't. I'm feeding a PS5/Blu-Ray/Freesat through a Yamaha RX-A2060 AV Receiver. If you have a Yamaha receiver you may need to change the Advanced Settings/HDMI Mode from Mode 2 to Mode 1 for everything to work properly. HDR settings were greyed out on PS5 till I changed this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Holty90 from Top quality gaming projector Gaming is fantastic on this projector. It has vibrant colours and a low lag - as it all says on the tin. What I would say is if you are a casual gamer and watch TV etc on the projector then maybe look for an alternative option. The colours aren't very accurate and the dark levels leave you desiring more. However, I watch sport on this and the quality of 4k image at 60hz is incredible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SelvaVS from Good Projector for Living Room Highly recommend this Projector for usage in living room with short throw. Ensure that the light from the living room windows doesn't fall in the line of projection. The inbuilt android Benq TV (though manually needed to be plugged in after purchase), helps with the other two HDMI slots used for your laptops or any. 4K quality is really good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sinicorp from Gaming and movies sorted Very impressed with the response time in gaming mode at 4k 60fps no noticeable lag when playing series x or ps5. Good clarity and brightness even with ambient lighting. At night or darkend room very good blacks on a grey screen. earc return Chanel to sound bar works well. fan noise audable when on ceiling above head but quickly melds into background with sound playing. Easy setup and supplied media stick works well but will probably swap it out for my fire stick, as no Netflix. Very happy with purchase and service

Rated 5 out of 5 by Simondo from BenQ TK700STi I've had this projector hanging on my cinema for a couple of weeks now. This is a dedicated cinema room and the lights are off when it is used but it perfectly at home in normal daylight conditions or side lights. For gaming it is what I have been waiting for. 240Hz @ 1080P with 4ms lag or 60Hz @ 4k with around 16ms lag which is hardly noticeable. As always the team at Richer Sounds found me the right projector at the same cost elsewhere but when you facto in the 6 year warranty it is a no brainer.
