Great product just what I have been look.
I bought this product two weeks ago and I found it very easy to setup and use. The best thing is to be able to rip a CD just by inserting the disc in the slot and it will be there in the App to play.

This works for me!
I know there are cheaper CD rippers out there, and also more expensive ones too. All I can say is, this has all I want and more - it'll play Amazon music and Spotify too! The sound is great, so what's not to like?

Minimalist - Classy looking kit!
Bought this last week - arrived next day delivery. Set-up for the most part was seamless - initial issue with hard wiring over an extender to the router, with the Vault not registering on the network. The connection into the router was incorrect - swapped ethernet cable around and bingo. Received good online support from the BlueSound crew and by Richer Sounds when trying to solve the network issue. Seamless ripping of CDs all controlled via the BlueOs App - artwork pulls through on most discs perfectly. Sound on Mini Pulse flex 2i is superb. Bought one to try but will be purchasing another for the other rooms in the house. A good piece of kit and a serious upgrade on my Cocktail Audio/Novatron X10.

Stylish and compact
Due to COVID 19, I bought this over email and phonecalls from Paul at Richer, Manchester. He was very helpful. The order came within 24 hours. I had several teething troubles connecting to my router which Paul tried to help with. Once he couldn’t he referred me to Bluesound in London. Sorted rapidly. The Vault 2i is brilliant. Smaller than I thought, and fits under the TV. It is a bit tedious to rip hundreds of CDs, but, my 8 year old grandson loves doing it. The memory is astounding within the machine, I might have to do my LPs now!!

a piece of tec that works
Bought the vault to sort my cd collection and while still loading a/b cd's only one has come up as unrecognisable( haven't figured out how to fix yet). sound wise spotify sounds better than ever and cd's as good if not better than my arcam cds25. the set up is easy peasy it downloads any upgrades before you get started this in its self makes everything easy as everything is online. one small problem was how to turn the unit off, a quick search found pressing play for upto 15 seconds switched the unit off.
Overall my fears of hi tec were unfounded and I am pleased with my purchase

Great piece of kit
I was slightly concerned that the app to run this would be less than ideal as some reviews have commented .I have found it an absolute piece of cake to use straight out of the box with great sound .Thanks to Bradley at the Plymouth store .

Brillant piece of kit,very impressed!
I bought this Vault to replace my old and 'flaky' Cocktail Audio cd ripper, which I have used for a number of years.
The Bluesound VAULT 2I is well and truly a big upgrade and understandably very much updated in comparison due to change in technology over the years.
You just plug it in, load a cd and it just works!, so easy.I have Cat 6 ethernet around our home and it was simple to set up.
I have loaded c 350 cds in ten days, initially I thought it would be an arduous task, but just take a cd out and add another it's not an issue.
I looked at other units/models but there seemed to be little choice at the price range I was looking at. Lots of reviews at other units twice the price didn't justify the additional expenditure for me.Furthermore the DAC sounds better to me than my current av receiver and to my ears is certainly an improvement to my old unit.
What I am blown away with is the software,I am oldish have problems working with
software and just love the presentation of albums, and ease of search function and the decent quality/size of jpegs for album covers.
Haven't quite sorted the sub woofer calibration settings yet, but at day 10 my priority is loading all my cd's first!
One mistake(for me personally), I ordered the remote for the unit.As soon as I opened the remote I realised I had made a silly mistake!
Why on earth did I buy the remote,5 minutes using my iPad or iPhone, I realised the remote was redundant.I have since returned it for a refund.
So if you are thinking of ripping your cd's, just do it! It is so easy to use and for the first time ever my wife is using it-its just so accessible.
If you want to spent £2k to £3k for a unit I suggest thats only necessary if you have a £10k hi-fi system.
I thoroughly recommend this Vault and am very happy with it so far.
