Great Product. Great Sound, Great featuresI purchased these yesterday and although I have other Denon products I was just not prepared for how good these sound I was told that a staff member used them to gain product knowledge and he said they are the best he has heard and I can only concur. I was blown away by the sound and they fit well and look good

Amazing earbuds - fall in love with music again!Having previously owned nuraloop, which were incredible, I can honestly say these are incredible earbuds that any audiophile should have. The sound quality is excellent and the features surprised me, such as ANC suppression when out walking for safety (they pick up the sound of oncoming vehicles and supress the ANC on the respective ear). The fit is great and they are very sturdy with no adjustment needed when fitted. Furthermore, they are super lightweight to the extent that I forget I had them in! They might seem a bit pricey, but if you listen to music regularly, whether commuting, exercise, or other - you'll fall in love with music again. Great service from Richer Sounds Holborn - I called to check if in stock, they put a pair back for me, they even checked for a price match on Amazon and when I went to collect I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Superb sound and buildI bought these earbuds recently and have been really impressed with the personalised sound profil. They were bought to replace a pair of Sony XM4 earbuds that sounded great but whose battery haas started to fail (like so many). The Denons sound just as good, and have a more premium build and feel.

Unique sounding earbuds for a great price!After a lot of deliberation, these were at the upper end of my price range I went for the Denon’s on the advice from Anis at the Newcastle shop and the VIP price! I’m glad I did the clarity of the instrumentation within the personalised soundscape is amazing and to these ears unique!

Perfect customer advice with a great priceI intended to buy the top of the range Sony 1000 in ear headphones but was persuaded by Callum the Sales Manager to go with the Denon Pro model. His explanation and product Knowledge was clear and from personal experience. A discounted price was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this Newcastle store.

Quality!I am used to over the ear headphones, but having tried a set of earbuds borrowed from one of my kids. I found the functionality much better. So I took the investment and bought a set of Denon Perl PRO. The build quality is excellent, the product 'feels' sleek and premium in your hand. I went through the set up process which made me sense and was easy to do. Make sure you try the different fittings for size. The adaptive sound I thought was a little gimmicky until I compared it on and off - it makes a massive improvement to the music experience. The music especially UHD recordings became alive and it seemed to add additional subtle levels to the songs I'd not heard before, even though I had listened to those tracks 100s of times. In summary you don't always get what you pay for but I did here.

A Great Quality ProductI received these earbuds for testing purposes and have really enjoyed trying them out! When I first opened the case they were in, I was really impressed with how premium they looked, it gave a good first impression of the high-quality product that I could look forward to testing. I was concerned about how comfortable these would be in my ears as in the past I have been a little irritated by the feel of earbuds in my ears. They felt a little strange initially but I soon did not notice this when I started to experience the superior sound quality that this gem of a product provides. The setup instructions were easy to follow and these were ready to go in no time. I have been using these daily since I received them both at home and in my car. I spend a lot of time in my car with the work that I do. It has made listening to music more enjoyable than it already was and hands-free calls have become less of a chore and more enjoyable too . They are a premium product with a premium price but the high quality really is there and I personally think that are worth investing in and spending the extra money on for a 1st class listening experience.

Poor fitting, audio not impressive given the priceThe issues with this is that I find the fitting poor, none of the tips are adequate. The design makes it a bit fiddly to get out of the case, but that's not a major issue.
The sound is ok esp with the personalised sound (as everyones hearing is different) but It's not much different to my other ones as my Samsung phone does customise my hearing profile (albeit in a much simpler process). The bass/immersion setting is ok though!
I do not see any major difference in turning on/off spatial audio; that word is used a lot these days, but over here it's just trying to mimic premium stereo speakers in front of you; problem is my ears did not pick up anything special going on. Maybe it might work for you/other media.
The multipoint tech is great though, switching between phone/tablet is seemless.
The main issue for me is the fitting. Can't return this due to hygiene reasons, so back to eBay this goes! Going to try the Bose QuietComfort Ultra next!
