Designed to excel outdoors but just as impressive in, the Escape P6 BT is a truly versatile Bluetooth speaker. For outdoor use, the P6 BT is both portable and weatherproof. Thanks to its powerful 24-bit processor and unique speaker array, it sounds punchy and spacious.
Spacious sound
Indoor speakers usually place all their drivers on the front face – pushing the sound from the speaker, into your room. Move outdoors and, with the walls and ceiling taken away, conventional speakers fail to impress, often sounding tinny and boxy. Designed as an outdoor speaker from the start, the P6 BT overcomes these issues by using a unique speaker array that directs the sound in a 360-degree wave. This means that everyone listening, indoors or out, gets to hear the same, spacious sound and powerful bass. The 24-bit digital processor keeps the sound smooth and cohesive, giving optimal tone and bass response.
Punchy bass
Using a dedicated, upwards-firing bass woofer, the Escape P6 BT has the power to cut through and get the party started. With 60 watts of power, the speaker matches many home audio systems and has way more grunt than your average Bluetooth speaker.
Pair up for true stereo sound
If you take your outdoor sound as seriously as indoor, then add an additional P6 BT for stereo sound*. This not only ‘fills out’ the sound for an even more spacious acoustic, but also creates a true stereo soundstage – just like a pair of stereo hi-fi speakers.
*Distance between music source and speakers must not exceed 4 metres.
Take your music with you - weatherproof design and rechargeable battery
From the built-in carry handle to the rechargeable battery, every element of the P6 BT’s design suits its intended use. With 16 hours playback at background levels or up to 8 hours at higher volumes, the battery has the stamina to cope with those guests that just won’t go home! Using a powder coated aluminium handle, polyester grille and touch sensitive controls, the P6 BT is well able to stand up to sunshine and showers and is weather rated to the IPX4 standard.
Simple, Bluetooth connectivity
For convenience, the P6 BT connects to your smartphone, tablet or laptop via Bluetooth. From here, it’s simply a case of accessing your favourite streaming service, such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube or TIDAL.
App control
Available for Apple iOS and Android, the free Escape Remote app unlocks an added layer of functionality. Set the sound mode to suit indoors or out and tune the sound to perfection, with the 5-band equalizer. You can check on the battery level, too. If you’ve got more than one Escape speaker, the app lets you effortlessly switch between them.
Choice of colours
For a style that suits your taste, the Escape P6 BT is available in three different finishes. Choose from classic black, cool white or the warmer beige colour, for a speaker that best blends with your outdoor furniture and taste.
