At its heart, the M2scd uses high quality 24-bit Delta-Sigma DACs (Digital to Analogue Convertors), running in dual differential mode. This lowers the noise and distortion levels, for greater purity of sound.
Innovative tech
As well as its outstanding DAC, the M2scd offers sophisticated tech to further enhance the sound quality. Uniquely, it features both a mains choke filter and digitalstream noise filter. These help promote a quieter, less distorted backdrop, giving you a smoother, more detailed sound and enhanced dynamic scale. Combined with the Delta-Sigma DACs, it gives the M2scd the most enveloping and lifelike sound.

For connecting to a digital amp or AVR there are both optical and coaxial digital outputs, although you might want to make sure that your amp’s DAC betters the M2scd.
