You delivered a very small package
Let's be honest. You delivered what I wanted- a spare stylus for a record player. You did what I wanted. You are my provider of choice for audio equipment. But in a world where we are supposed to review how good the item was and how good we're the delivery company that delivered the item, it just gets a bit tedious.
Suffice it to say, you didn't do anything wrong and I'll probably order something from you again.

Stylus does the job
Fuzziness on vinyl music suggested wear on the (original) stylus. Richer provided the correct stylus (took a while to do in-store) and the resulting sound is a delight. Looked on YouTube for a video showing how to extract existing stylus, then slid new one into place. Cost was 47 pounds.

Reliable mid-range stylus
Replacing the original 5E stylus was very straight forward - gently pull away the old assembly and push in the new one, protected in a plastic jacket. As styluses go, I find the 5E provides a solid and bright sound, and copes with both well-used and new vinyl.

Replacement Stylus
Things were starting to sound a bit ‘grumbly’ on my Pro ject essential 2. Seemed fair when I calculated it had been in constant service for about 20 years.
Two charming gents in the Edinburgh branch seemed to agree with this diagnosis and talked me through versions replacement options. We settled on the Ortophon5 as this was the brand originally supplied, making replacements ridiculously easy.. I had worried about re-wiring, getting the balance right and refining the weight adjustments since I’m more interested in just listening to the tunes. Thankfully, it couldn’t be simpler - pull one off, slide the new one on.
Sound quality restored and improved over my standard fit stylus and I’m a happy listener once again.
