Compact and unashamedly retro in design, the Roberts Uno BT draws on its genuine 1950s heritage to stand out from the crowd. Despite its vintage appearance, however, the Uno BT has everything you’d expect from a twenty-first century portable. Bluetooth connectivity, DAB/FM tuners and an alarm are all built-in. Bluetooth connectivity for wireless music streaming
Featuring wireless music streaming via Bluetooth, it’s easy to link up to your smartphone, tablet or laptop. Simply pair with your device and stream your favourite music streaming services, such as Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal and BBC Sounds.
Digital and FM radio
Fitted with DAB+, DAB and FM tuners, the Roberts Revival Uno BT is well equipped for tuning into a wide range of radio stations. DAB+ and DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasting) give you access to the widest range of stations, in crisp and clear digital sound quality. In case your favourite stations aren't available in DAB, the Uno BT is also equipped with an FM tuner.

Great for bedside
Build quality is fantastic.
DAB performance is fantastic, receives all stations available in my area with no problems.
FM performance is also great with great sensitivity and good selectivity, rarely need the aerial extended. auto scan works well on the distant setting.
The presets work great as you can toggle between station list(DAB)/Frequency(FM) and presets.
Headphone, aux in and line out connections are highly useful, it is great having the dc in and line out on the bottom in a recess with plenty of room for ease of connection.
Menus have some great features including adjustable snooze time for the alarm, bass/treble controls, display brightness can be adjusted to a very dim level suitable for bedside use unlike the old uno the uno bt can also be dimmed while powered on, the display light can’t be switched off but the ‘off’ setting is very dim and doesn’t disturb me on the bedside table.
The audio quality overall is great although there is some muffling to voices no matter where the tone controls are set, when the volume is below 12 the sound becomes muddy and boomy, I find bass-4 and treble-1 to be best for low volume levels and at normal volumes bass at -3 for FM/DAB. Audio through headphones is also fantastic with the above audio settings, all sources are in stereo including Bluetooth.
Bluetooth function overall works great with AAC codec, sound is good above volume 15 with the tone controls set to the neutral settings, at lower volumes a slight bass boost is required. display shows track title, album, etc. that can be toggled with the info button.
Some features that could be improved or added
It would be nice to be able to install rechargeable aa batteries and have the radio recharge these when plugged in like other Roberts models do.
Improve the line out function as this only works if the radio has the sound on at least level 1 and is unusable with Bluetooth as the volume would need to be on max otherwise it is too quiet of an output as this changes with the volume control on Bluetooth.
Make the sound signature consistent between Bluetooth and radio modes.
Improve muddy sound.
Make the alarm work with batteries as if there is a power cut the alarm won’t sound.
Rubber feet can stick to varnished wooden surfaces causing damage.
Cover the shielding behind the bass port as you can see silver shining through in certain lighting.
Select specific station to wake up for alarm.
Overall I highly recommend this quality radio other than the mentioned issues

Love my Roberts radio!!
Nice design, love the colour.
Easy to use. However, the radio station that I prefer to listen to does not sound clear, but as all the others sound lovely and clear I put it down to the signal and not radio’s fault. The look of it makes me happy even before I switch it on)))

CUTE WITH GORGEOUS SOUND
Replaced the larger version with this 'cute as a button' version. It looks great and the sound is booming and perfect. Reason for 4 stars - disappointed and slightly irritated that although the 'frontage', buttons and logo in 'gold' the ariel is 'silver' which detracts from the overall look (whereas our old version all - including ariel 'gold'). One could say this comment trivial - but these radios are a premium price - hence the reason I mention it!
