Great Service
Needed a wall mount for my new Sonos Ray fairly soon. Richer Sounds was the best price I could find online. None in stock in my local stores but I rang and they said they could order me one in for next day collection. Item arrived as promised. Good communication. Felt like a personal service. Couldn’t fault it. Mounting was easy to fit and very solid.

Easy to fit and discreet
I had this up and the soundbar fitted in about ten minutes. It's easy to level off with one hole being vertical and the other horizontal. The Sonos Ray was easy enough to fit onto the bracket but if I'm being fussy it would be nice if the screws were a set size so that you tighten them and fit it without any tinkering. It took me two attempts to get it snug enough to prevent rattling. Not the end of the World but fussing I could have done without. Other than that the bar has a nice bend in the middle allowing easy placement of cables. A bargain buy promptly despatched.
