Experience the art of DJing with the Vestlyd PRO T2 turntable. The direct drive mechanism locks into the groove, delivering an up-tempo sound that’s right on the beat. Supplied with an S-shaped tonearm and Ortofon VNL cartridge, it tracks the music with a tenacious grip. Generous vibration-damping means that, no matter how loud the music, bass is kept tight and the distortion low.
Direct drive with cogging-free motor for perfect pitch
Like all the best DJ decks, the PRO T2 features fast-acting direct drive. The cogging-free, brushless DC motor delivers high torque for fast start-up, without the cogging issues that can give pitch instability. It also features an electronic brake, which delivers fast, effortless control - making your mixes smoother than ever.
Distortion-busting build
Featuring a robust, ABS polymer plinth, with height adjustable, isolating feet, the PRO T2 resists vibrations for reduced distortion. The aluminium platter with rubber damping further enhances the sound, with the damping helping to prevent ‘ringing’ resonances. Supplied with both felt and rubber mats, you can adapt the turntable to mixing or regular playback.
S-shaped tonearm with full adjustment, including VTA
Robust and practical, the PRO T2's tonearm is the ideal match for the deck. The classic S-shape is tried and tested and favoured by many for mixing use. The tonearm features a detachable headshell for swift cartridge replacement. It also has accurate weight and anti-skating adjustment, plus the crucial VTA height adjustment - letting you use thicker slip-mats and deeper cartridges without upsetting the balance.
Supplied with DJ specific cartridge from Ortofon
For the complete DJing turntable, ready to go, the PRO T2 is supplied with a DJ specific Ortofon VNL cartridge. The VNL cartridge excels in handling tough grooves, making it ideal for intensive use. Furthermore, its design minimises record wear during scratching and back-cueing. Coming from one of the world’s leading cartridge manufacturers, you can also be assured of smooth and detailed sound – whether mixing, scratching or simply playing.
Line level output - simply add active speakers or your choice of amp
Thanks to the Vestlyd's built-in phono pre-amp (MM only), it's easy to connect this deck up. Choose from active speakers for desktop monitoring or any choice of mixer, amp or mini system - if it has an AUX input then this DJ deck will plug and play.
