Powerful bass
Featuring a larger, 10 inch bass cone, the ASW610 offers a deeper, more powerful sound than its smaller ASW608 sibling. Ideal for larger rooms, the ASW610 increases the intensity of both music and movies to deliver more of a thrill.
Controlled sound
With its 200 watt amplifier, the ASW610 keeps a tight rein on the bass. The hybrid paper/Aramid cone is also ultra-stiff for exceptional accuracy. Combined with its powerful magnet, this means the bass remains tight, responsive and doesn’t wallow as inferior subs can. Give it the right material, though, and the long throw woofer demonstrates bass power to rattle the windows.
Big power from a small cabinet
Delivering big power is easier with a larger cabinet to help contain the forces. Bowers & Wilkins have taken a more difficult route with the ASW610. Forceful internal pressure is counteracted by extremely thick cabinet walls and exceptional rigidity. It’s not a cheap solution but it means the ASW610 retains its high power output while remaining compact enough for most living rooms.
Fully adjustable
For sound that’s perfectly tailored to your room, the ASW610 offers a wide range of adjustments. As well as the usual volume and low-pass frequency adjustments, three-stage bass extension and EQ switches give you the perfect amount of bass for your room size, subwoofer position and personal taste. If the subwoofer is positioned behind you, simply select the phase switch for smoothly integrated bass.

Amazing sound!
After seeking advice from Richer Sounds regarding a speaker up grade for my B&W DM600S3's speakers i was advised to add a subwoofer to obtain the low range my speakers lacked at times and was recommended the B&W ASW610 . And from the first moment i was blown away!! and the sound just keeps improving ( i keep tweaking) from a good action movie to some dirty drum and bass the sound is just impeccable such a massive sound from a relatively small unit and was so easy to set up and such solid amazing build quality cant recommend enough!!
