Product Information
Captivating you in immersive audio from the first listen, the Elac Cinema 5.2 speaker package makes the perfect gateway into true home cinema surround sound.
Top brand home cinema speaker set
The Elac Cinema 5.2 is a top brand speaker set up that’s ideal for getting into home cinema AV separates. With four compact satellite speakers you’re immersed in the sound in a way that a soundbar can’t match. The dedicated centre speaker ensures crystal-clear dialogue that’s pinned to what you see on the screen. For soundtracks that you can feel, a powerful subwoofer with BASH technology is also included.
Sparkling satellite speakers
Compact and easy to place, the four satellite speakers make a minimal visual impact on your room. Start the movie however, and they soon make their presence felt. With two-way drivers, they cover a wide frequency response, especially at the top end. The metal-domed tweeters deliver smooth yet crisp sound that picks out every detail in the soundtrack or special effects.
Dedicated centre speaker delivers vocal clarity
Designed specifically for centre speaker purposes, the fifth Cinema 5.2 ‘middle’ speaker is optimised for dialogue. The horizontal format speaker uses twin woofers, giving you a broad spread of sound between the front speakers, without ‘gaps’ in the sound stage. The design also helps tie the sound to the screen, especially when used with a large screen TV or projector.
Powerful bass response
For truly cinematic bass that keeps you on the edge of your seat, the Cinema 5.2 is supplied with an active subwoofer. Pairing a 200mm woofer cone with 100 watt (peak) BASH technology amplifier ensures bass that’s both deep and tightly controlled. The downward-firing woofer makes it easier to place the subwoofer and helps spread the bass more evenly around your room. Phase inversion lets you position the subwoofer behind you, if needed.
Room-friendly size and placement
Small enough to pick up with one hand, the satellite speakers are neat and unobtrusive. They fit perfectly on a shelf or mantelpiece or can be wall mounted with the supplied bracket set.
Experience true surround sound, with the cinematic Elac Cinema 5.2 speaker package.
