Great value for money headphones
I was looking for some mid range ANC wireless over ear headphones, and after reading some reviews I was tempted by these.
I am very happy with my purchase. These headphones are very comfortable to wear and I think the quality of sound and ANC is very good, particularly for this price point. They also look and feel a quality item. By my own admission I am not particularly technology savy, but I found the unboxing and set up process easy and very straightforward, and after downloading the Sennheiser app I was up and running in about 5 minutes. Battery life seems excellent and in line with the claimed 50 hours on a single charge. Headphones came with a bit less than 50% battery life and I have used them for an hour or more each day since i received them and they have just dropped to 30%, which is about right by my calculations. I use them to listen to the radio, podcasts, streamed music and my own music collection and so far I am very happy with the sound quality. Bought these when they were on offer and I am glad that I did, fantastic value for money in my opinion. Yes the sound is not mind blowing, but then I didn't pay a mind blowing price ! Probably reduced because Sennheiser have just brought out a 'Plus' version of these headphones although from the early reviews that I have seen although they have been tweaked the sound quality has not really been improved, so if you are looking at these I would get this version rather than pay the extra for the 'Plus' set. Just my opinion. My first Sennheiser product and I am impressed with what they have produced in these. I have not used the app yet as I am happy with the default settings as they are for now.

Very comfortable with good sound but too quiet.
Really comfortable with good level of bass and trebble. Able to adjust the sound through the app which allows you to get the sound tailor made. Noise cancelling is very good and great on long haul flights. Now for the downside and as others have said, these are just a bit too quiet on maximum level which is a real shame. Also, when adjusting the level, when you reach max the feedback voice is way too quiet, this too could do with being louder too.

Great headphones, great service, love Richer Sound
Had a fault with the headphones I bought 6 months ago and brought them back to store. Staff were very helpful and we went through various methods of trouble shooting before determining the fault could not be fixed. My money was refunded and put towards an exchange for current item with ease. Store staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional

Excellent Headphones.
No problem pairing with my Mobile but couldn't manage Tablet.
Called to Richer next day and they sorted it without problem.
No hesitation in recommending Richer Sounds by St.Lukes bombed out Church opposite Bold Street .
They are brilliant as are the Headphones.
Full marks.👍

Great sound and comfortable to wear
These are the most expensive headphones I have purchased and I'm impressed. There more comfortable to wear than my Sennheiser HD450BT headphones. The sound quality is a little better. I use the Accentums at home and the HD450BTs out and about as they folder and have a travel bag. The accentums don't fold but are fairly compact.

Great sound quality!
Bought these hoping they’d have the sound quality I was after and I’m not disappointed at all. Using the app you can tweak the eq with different presets too which is cool. Very happy and a great set of headphones especially for the money.
