Adjust the platter until perfectly level
AVID’s Level 45 is the perfect tool for ensuring your turntable’s platter is perfectly level. The level fits in the centre of the deck, using the spindle as support*. Once positioned, simply adjust your turntable’s feet, suspension or support until the bubble is precisely centred. Having a perfectly level platter puts the least strain on the motor, giving you the best chance of smooth, stable pitch and the best timing.
Designed to perfection
Weighing in at 180 grammes, the Level 45 is the same weight as a good quality vinyl record. This means that, when you adjust the turntable with the Level 45 in place, it’s already perfectly adjusted for use with a record in place.
Also works as 45rpm adapter
In addition to a spirit level, the two-part design means the Level 45 can also be used as a handy 45rpm adaptor.
