Easy to used
Easy to use and good picture. Only downside is that the screen does not cover whole of TV. There is a plastic surround of 2cm.

Basics are good but some deficiencies
Very good picture, which is the main thing. Doesn't display live radio programme information - it gets stuck on whatever is displayed when you select the channel but doesn't then refresh.cThis is particularly annoying for BBC Radio 3 where you want to see what's playing. Also doesn't fully respond to universal remote programming.

Incredible after sales service
Purchased an LG TV. had a problem with the Wi-Fi dropping off. Contacted Jamie at customer services who was very helpful. I persisted but could not get the Wi-Fi to hold on the tv. I returned it to my local shop in edinburgh who exchanged it without question. Brilliant service and I will definitely buy from and recommend Richer Sounds 10/10+

A good tv - but could be better.
This tv is good in many ways but we have not found a Sound setting that meets our needs - and we cannot base and treble individually, just select from a series of presets.
And there is no User Guide- they state they have, but this is simply a basic set-up guide.

User Guide
Excellent service from our local supplier with prompt delivery. Easy to set up, good picture quality but haven't yet found out how to adjust the sound - a bit too much bass. Which brings me to the title of this review - the user guide - a totally inadequate document. A minute reproduction of the remote control, magnifying glass definitely required, with very little description of the fuction of the buttons.

Great TV but a few disappointments
Picture quality is great. It doesn't allow screen mirroring from a Samsung phone. It also doesn't bring up the same amount of broadcast info that other TVs do.
