The Super Heavyweight Champion has exceptional noise-absorption properties. As well as coupling the record to the platter, the heavy puck significantly reduces transmission noise from the motor, bearing and record groove. This gives you a much quieter backdrop, letting fine detail shine through. The improved clarity also enhances bass ‘slam’ and timing, giving your music toe-tapping pace and vitality.
Optimised for mid-to-high mass platters
Weighing in at 495 grammes, the Super Heavyweight Champion lives up to its billing. It’s designed for use with turntable platters that weigh at least 2.25kg, making it suitable for medium-to-high mass platters. For lighter platters, use the lighter Super Heavyweight version.
