This finely profiled diamond reaches deeper into the records’ groove, extracting more depth and detail from your precious vinyl. With its pure silver coils, honeycomb core and efficient magnet system, the MC X20 optimises the diamond, for supremely smooth and refined sound.
Pure silver coils for sonic purity
Featuring high-purity, pure silver cabling at its core, the MC X20 offers low signal resistance for exceptional clarity and detail. With the sound originating at this point, this is where signal loss can be the most harmful, making the low-loss coils even more important.
Light and rigid honeycomb body
Using Metal Injection Moulding (MIM) technology for the cartridge body, the MC X20 is as light yet rigid as possible. The high rigidity body helps provide the most stable support for the delicate motor system. For a high quality and long lasting finish, the moulding is treated with Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD).
Efficient magnet system
With a newly developed magnet system, the MC X20 ensures a clean, powerful signal that’s highly efficient. This means that, when combined with the pure silver cores, you get to experience the purest and least distorted sound possible.
Custom-developed rubber dampers to reduce distortion
