Celebrating 40 years of Triangle speakers, the Triangle Esprit EZ Antal 40th Anniversary is something special. From the flourishes of rose gold you can see, to the internal modifications that you can’t, the award-winning Antal Anniversary is something out of the ordinary.
Enhanced top-end performance
The improvements to the Antal begin at the top. Triangle’s famous horn-loaded tweeter system is now made from rose gold anodized magnesium. As magnesium is light and rigid, the top end is more responsive, making subtle details shine through. The horn-loaded tweeter projects the sound well into the room, making the Antal as engaging to listen to as ever.
Dedicated mid-range unit for expressive vocals
Also new is the natural cellulose paper-coned mid-range unit. As a 3-way speaker, these cones are dedicated to the mid-range, meaning that vocals and mid-range instruments, such as piano and guitar sound better defined and more focused than ever.
Deep, powerful bass
The Antal 40th Anniversary incorporates a new generation of dedicated bass drivers. Using a combination of wood pulp flax and carbon fibre, the drivers are highly rigid, helping them deliver smooth, accurate bass. The long throw travel and large cabinet means that there’s plenty of bass depth, too.
Premium finishes
Two new premium finishes are available for this special edition version. For a glossy and luxurious finish, take a look at the richly grained Santos Rosewood. For a more contemporary style, the matte Blonde Sycamore offers a lighter vibe.
Supplied with plinth and spikes
Supplied with a smoked glass plinth, the speakers’ style and stability are both enhanced. The plinth features adjustable spiked cones for isolation and levelling. If you’re placing the speakers on a wood or stone surface, use the alternative rubber spikes that are also supplied.
