• This free prize draw is open to all residents of the UK and Eire except for the employees (and their families) of Richer Sounds (the promoter), Yamaha, or anyone else directly connected with the administration of this prize draw • Only one entry per household permitted • By entering this prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions • No trade, third party, or consumer groups applicants will be accepted • No purchase necessary. To enter this prize draw, log on to http://www.richersounds.com and complete the online entry form. You must enter either Yamaha R-N600A or Yamaha R-N800A into the ‘What would you like demonstrated?’ field • All entries must be received by 23.59 on 8th December 2025. Any entries entered after this date will not be included in the draw • Entries received via post will not be accepted • There are two individual prizes to be won, which consist of: the cost of your purchase back on 1 x Yamaha R-N600A for one winner who has purchased a Yamaha R-N600A and the cost of your purchase back for 1 x Yamaha R-N800A for a different winner who has purchased a Yamaha R-N800A • To be eligible to win, entrants must book an in-store demonstration, attend that demonstration, and complete a purchase, all for either a Yamaha R-N600A or a Yamaha R-N800A • The winners will be picked at random. The promoter’s decision is final • You will be contacted by phone or email if you have won a prize. If we can’t contact you within 10 working days your prize may be given to another entrant • Neither correspondence nor discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into • The prize stated is subject to availability • No cash or other alternative prizes are available except that in the event of circumstances outside the promoter’s control it reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value • All prizes are subject to availability, and exact brand names/models may vary • Winners may be required to take part in publicity • By entering this prize draw and/or accepting any prize, the entrant: (1) releases, discharges and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the promoter Richer Sounds, Yamaha, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, limited liability and affiliated companies and advertising and prize draw agencies, and each of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, members, agents and assigns from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from entrant’s participation in this prize draw or from the acceptance and use/misuse of any prize; and (2) agrees to accept and abide by the rules of this prize draw and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this prize draw, rule interpretation or award of prize shall be submitted to the promoter, whose decision shall be binding and final.
