Really helps flatten the picture. Easy to install
It’s a robust frame and really improves the quality of the picture. Really good addition to your cinema set up if you have uneven walls. Picture quality is improved marginally too.

Great quality screen
Good quality product, only let down by some cryptic instructions worthy of GCHQ problem solvers and a discovery of the same product on a different site £40 cheaper after I'd bought it, although Richer Sounds guarantee was longer. Just the way it goes sometimes. Happy with the end result, though assembly in a room 2cm wider than the screen itself was a bit of a logistical challenge I should probably have researched a bit more. Much better than the old solution pf projecting onto a white painted piece of wall !

Great image and value
I bought this product last week. The guys at the Chester store were fantastically helpful and professional, as always. They helped me purchase the right screen for my projector. Delivery was quick and seamless. The product itself was of a very high quality, easy to assemble and functions perfectly. It really adds dimension and finishing touches to my cinema room. I extremely delighted I made the purchase from Richer Sounds and look forward to dealing with them again in the future. This is now my third purchase from them in the past 12 months. I have no need to shop anywhere else for my sound and vision equipment.

This product is very well made
The screen itself is very well made, the frame is solid and the overall structure is very good. The only 2 negative things about the product is the instructions they are difficult to follow and they should have made it clearer. The final negative thing about the product is the sliding brackets. You have to make sure you get the right distance as there are 2 brackets and the aa distance mentioned in the book only covers 120" screen not the 121" screen. The instruction do say follow the 120" screen distance, but because the screen is slighter bigger you'll need a little more distance and getting the right distant is very difficult indeed. The instructions are available on sapphires website just email the company and they will send you a copy.
Final thing to note is that the screen does not come fully assembled, you will have to assemble everything yourself.
