More than just another Rumour
Replacing the PTFE insulation with high performance XLPE (Cross Linked Polyethylene) improves the performance of this already impressive cable. As used in their high-end Signature XL cable, XLPE outperformed PTFE in listening tests. Superior insulation reduces interference, giving a smoother, more natural sound with enhanced detail.
Quality, silver-plated construction
Two sets of silver-plated conductors are insulated with XLPE and arranged in a twist configuration. The XLPE insulated conductors are held in place by a vibration damping outer jacket. Using silver-plated copper gives the sound a more musical balance and, combined with the XLPE insulation, a more lifelike presentation.
