Delivery Exclusions

Please note:

If you live in the Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly, we will of course deliver your goods to you, but cannot guarantee to be able to provide our standard free delivery for smaller or regular sized items. Although we cannot guarantee delivery within 3 to 5 days, you may still qualify for our free delivery option. Please try our postcode checker below. If this option isn’t available for your area, please call our telesales team on 0333 900 0093 or your closest store who will happily provide a competitive quote.

For large TVs (over 32”) we are unfortunately unable to provide any delivery options at reasonable cost at this time to the Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands, Isle Of Man, Isles Of Scilly and Channel Islands. Frustratingly, due to the long distances and low volumes our delivery providers charge as much as twenty or thirty times the cost of regular locations to deliver these larger TVs. We will continue to research options in the hope of improving this currently poor service.

For orders from Isle of Wight, please contact the colleagues in our Southampton store or our telesales team and they will be able to arrange a delivery for you.

For orders from Northern Ireland, please contact the colleagues in our Belfast franchise on 0333 900 0070 or www.richersounds.ie where they’ll be delighted to process your order and provide expert advice. Unfortunately we can't accept orders from Northern Ireland.
