Recently went to the Glasgow store to purchase a new amp while speaking with advisor and advising what I already had as a system it was advised that purchasing the monitor audio 5.0 system was a great idea customer service was great from start to finish and a great experience

Monitor speakers
I bought a set of 5 Monitor satellite speakers to replace an old set of JVC speakers that were starting to buzz. I rang RicherSounds for product advice as I didn’t want another Sub or soundbar and they recommended the Monitor speakers. I was delighted with the build quality and superior sound of them and the ease of changing them over thanks to the quality connections compared to other speakers. Reassuringly weighted and a definite upgrade for my 5.1 Surround-sound Marantz AV Receiver and Cambridge Audio Sub.All of which I purchased at different times from RS whose staff are always knowledgeable friendly and helpful.

A successful upgrade
I've had some Limit surround sound speakers since the 1990s and have been fairly happy with them. I was initially drawn to them for their futuristic design (oval shape, grey metal), but always thought the sound could be better.
I got an email from Richer Sounds with a VIP offer for these at a very tempting price. I liked the look of them and thought they might sound better than metal speakers. I ordered them in the shop and they arrived the next day.
I'm no hi-fi expert, but I could tell from the start that the sound was better through these - clearer and warmer. I'm thrilled with them!

Just bought 5 of these (thank you Anthony, leeds branch) to replace the 5 black Cambridge Audio Min 22 i had.
I have to say impressed doesnt get close, these are night and day betters speakers .
The lower freq allows more base through the speakers, letting the sub do what it needs to.
The tweeter (highs) very noticeable as well. films like TopGun Maverick and Oppenheimer sound amazing
would defo recommended these as an upgrade

Great style and great sound
I bought two Mass satellites to go with the speaker set I already had, these are acting as Atmos speakers. The mist white colour blends in with my light coloured walls so they aren't overly noticeable, but the sound is bigger and fuller than you might expect from small speakers. I now have a 5.1.2 system which looks and sounds fantastic.
