One system does it all
An evolution in sound and style, the Evo 150 is a compact powerhouse. With 150 watts per channel and a reference quality DAC (Digital to Analogue Convertor) built in, sound quality is of the first order. A comprehensive range of streaming options, via wi-fi, AirPlay and Bluetooth let you stream music your way. Topping this off, there’s a huge range of connections, including turntable, USB, HDMI ARC for TV and many more.

StreamMagic
Based around Cambridge Audio’s award-winning StreamMagic platform, the Evo 150 delivers a seamless streaming experience. TIDAL Connect, Spotify Connect and Qobuz are built-in (premium account may be required for full functionality). StreamMagic works with Hi-res music files, including MQA-powered TIDAL Masters. The StreamMagic system also works alongside Roon, AirPlay 2 and Chromecast, letting you decide the system you want to stream music.
Two-way Bluetooth
Two-way Bluetooth lets you pair your smartphone, tablet, laptop or other device and stream in high quality aptX HD Bluetooth. It also lets you receive a Bluetooth signal back to your Bluetooth headphones – giving you a completely wireless listening experience.
Connect digital
A wide range of digital inputs lets you connect all you home entertainment. Use the HDMI ARC to plug in your TV and feed it with your games console, Blu-ray/DVD player and set-top TV box, all connected via the two optical and one coaxial digital inputs. There’s also an asynchronous USB input that’s perfect for connecting your computer and streaming Hi-res music files.
Connect analogue
A MM phono input makes this system standout for vinyl fans, plus there’s also an AUX input for another music source. If you want pure studio quality, then why not match up with a balanced output music source and use the XLR balanced inputs.

The Evo 150 features a wide range of extra connections over the Evo 75 model. These include two pairs of speaker outputs, RS232/Trigger sockets for multi-room and XLR balanced inputs for a studio quality connection with a compatible source input.

Developed in conjunction with Acoustic Metamaterials Group, the LS50 Meta makes use of an exciting new technology called MAT (Metamaterial Absorption Technology). The revolutionary material absorbs 99% of unwanted sound from the rear of the tweeter, for lower distortion and a much purer, more natural sound.
Legendary Uni-Q drive units deliver studio quality sound
KEF’s history includes making some of the most precise-sounding monitor speakers. Used in recording studios around the world, KEF-branded speakers and other brands using KEF drive units are behind so many classic mixes. Now in its 12th generation, the Uni-Q driver array places the revised tweeter within the middle of the woofer, creating a more cohesive sound. The magnesium/ aluminium woofer is light and rigid – making it fast to respond and entirely faithful to the music playing.
Foot-tappingly musical
Although some monitor speakers can sound clinical to listen to, this is not the case with the KEF LS50 Meta. The super-rigid cabinet features a curved compound front baffle. Combined with the tweeter’s ‘tangerine’ wave-guide, this helps spread the sound far out into your room – making listening to these speakers an enveloping experience, wherever you’re sitting in the room.
Punchy, lifelike bass
For such small speakers, the LS50 Metas hit hard. Thanks to Z-Flex surrounds, the woofers move across an extended range, giving deep, powerful bass. More important than just being ‘deep’, the bass is extremely well controlled and lifelike. The computer-aided design of the rear port promotes flow and reduces turbulence – meaning the bass sounds fast and accurate.
